I see that a part of the problem is when people look at the YTD, Weekly or Daily charts on apps like Yochaa or Bamboo, and they see these companies. They often rush in without necessarily understanding nuances like volumes and liquidity.

That is how someone was mentioning Austinlaz as one of the best performing stocks on NGX!!

The stock market is not a get rich quick platform. It is best for long term capital and wealth growth.

I’m conflicted now. I was making the case for selling NAHCO a few weeks ago because even if they made a N12 EPS at a 10x PE, it’s currently fairly priced. But if you sell where do you put the funds that will deliver same value, that’s 10% div yield and constant earnings growth, not sure
