Presco should have H1 EPS of about N100 and full year EPS of N200

This one pain me. I placed a bid to pick more units today at a discount against my usual practice of buying at or very close to the least offer available at the moment, only to check now and it has sailed above opening price.

Presco is clearly a better buy for all reasons. It is comparatively cheaper than Okomu and has a greater up side

Honestly, Nahco is still my best so far in dividends because they payout 90%.
I am always happy receiving their dividends

Took some ucap loans to accumulate more Nahco and wapco late last year and early this year and never regretted it

So I want to see the impact since it has more coverage than all in that partnership as per stations

Yes, they’ve started generating value. FCF per share is currently around 3.03; assuming a similar figure by year-end, that brings the full-year FCF per share to approximately 6.06. This would suggest a valuation of over 100, with a conservative minimum of 79. Of course, this involves a lot of projections, which may either overstate or understate the actual outcome. So, at the current price, it’s a buy—but only with proper risk mitigation in place.
