Kind of make sense😀

chimex38:
There is an improvement anyway.
The idea is that the market will react to the % improvement which I believe he just translated to an equivalent "apparent EPS"; Not necessarily the face value of Eps.

The formula isnt complex. Its still simplified.
Afterall, the stock price wasn't Zero or -ve when the face value of EPS was -ve; was it? undecided

Even with the share dilution?
What has dilution to do with a well managed company like ACCESSCORP? grin

Q1 2025 was ₦4.88

₦4.88×4 =₦19.52 for full year 2025

+ or - nothing less than ₦15 for full year 2025.

Access seems to be the worst hit in the banking sector.

Even Wema bank has been consistent on the upward side.
Access is not as bad as FCMB

They did not calculate the q1 eps with the current OS of over 53billion shares. If they used their current OS, Eps would have been about 3.5.

From what he has said so far, Ellah has been cultivating palm plantation since the last 4 years. I will consider buying some Ellah soon
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by GeeKudi: 11:46am On Jul 25, 2025
He also reiterated that a mill has been built but he didn't say anything about the promised commissioning of the mill. Has the mill been commissioned? Has it started refining oil and adding to the revenue of the company?
They need to be deliberate in letting the shareholders know what is going on with the company.

Yes, you have a point about the mill. The attraction for me is the palm plantation on about 500 hectares (if I heard well grin), If true, then Ellah is good for the long term.

Existing shareholders should have something too. I understand their sacrifices, but shareholders have done their own part too by investing with them.
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by GeeKudi: 12:01pm On Jul 25, 2025
It was the average price at the time the loan was allegedly advanced. So, I think it makes sense.

An undervalued or under priced stocks like Access is a potential gold mine.
The price will sky-rocket after finalization of the various acquisitions/restructuring.

UBA and FBN were also undervalued under similar circumstances for sometime before they bounced back.

Okay if you say so.

₦3.5 × 4 = ₦14

Let say at least ₦10 will be EPS for 2025.

Can Nestle,Presco, Dangote Cement, Dangote Sugar,BUA Cement,BUA Foods and Okomu make about 30 percent of their current stock price as full year EPS?

Now you can see why most bank stocks are grossly undervalued. grin cool

I didn’t listen to the AGM—I’ll do so later. But my question is: are these other guys, like JideFlash and KarlTom, stupid for reporting that the resolution vote happened today? Or is it now the new normal for a conversion that was supposedly done long ago—according to you—to just be getting a resolution today from EllahLakes? The way you defend stocks sometimes is honestly funny. But hey, keep doing you. grin grin grin

Based on my view of ellahlakes egm I believed those guys have achieved significant milestones but want to eat deep before letting the information in the public space.

The question is, how much deep they want to eat.

That loan supposed to be converted at the price as at when the loans were obtained.
But we wait for more clarity but surely those guys are hiding some vital information.

It's just a pity. The shareholders who were present appeared courageous enough to dare asking tough questions but grossly less articulate to be able to put the questions straight.

Since you didn't listen, aren't you hasty in your conclusion?
I'm not defending ELLAH and if i defend it, well, is it normal to work against something you are a part of or believed in ?
When I'm not Streetinvestor......

The converted shares has long been listed and added to the OS...
Do your search online nah.
