Ellah OS was around 2.7bn or so before...
when 1.1 was added, it came to 3.8bn...

Actually I just watched the EGM till the end.. the loans are still coming in and the deadline is close of work today. Chuka said as at time of meeting, the amount to be converted is under N4b but of course, more loans are acceptable till close of work.. he said they can't afford even the associated costs of raising capital e.g SEC etc fees so they need the extra funds. He said the total debt to equity amount will be contained in the quarterly report to be released in about 2 weeks time. Not peculiar to Ellah that directors in Nigeria like to make money when opportunity arises.. dem go grant loan pass wetin dem need I'm sure, so that they can get the shares at N2.80. my own be say make the "significant agricultural asset" to be acquired be worth it and change the fortunes of the company.. Chuka spoke well today.. na God talk say make him collect mic from chairman.. he explained how capital intensive it's been clearing and planting that huge number of hectares. Gave a breakdown of cost. Also said the company is now at the stage of transformation. Something hoooooge is about to happen

p s. Important thing is that people should look past the soon to be released quarterly report. The future is bright

You usually will not pay what you have not earned. Bua made 2.18 and paid 2.05 irrespective of the share price. Same way gerugu at over 1000 has never paid a dividend up to 10% of its share price since it was listed. Check how much dangote made out of which they paid the 30 naira.

Dangote also made ₦30 and pay ₦30. Which means dangote is more profitable naira by naira compared with Bua.

This means if you are looking for dividend and want to invest in Cement. It is better to go with dangote cement than Bua.

If you are serious about your money, try to do findings beyond social networks, go see where it's happening.

The board might want to eat deep into the company but surely they have the result you can not see on the Internet.

If you are truly investing for the long term I can assure you that u re sitting on a gold mine based on what I know.

Note: I still don't know what they want to use the 250b for, at least for now.
I believed most of it will come from private placement.

Okumo and Presco once traded below #5. now Presco is 1500 while okumo is #1000.

It indeed looks like they just need shareholders for the approval and are not looking up to them to source for the money as the money looks like it’s round the corner to just. They seem more interested in PP and not rights. That is the feeling I get. Whoever provides such funds will likely know what they doing.

He also reiterated that a mill has been built but he didn't say anything about the promised commissioning of the mill. Has the mill been commissioned? Has it started refining oil and adding to the revenue of the company?
They need to be deliberate in letting the shareholders know what is going on with the company.

Acquisition is a good news which should improve the share price. Why do you now think otherwise. Buy Access at the current price if you are interested, no amount of bad mouthing by NSEMPA members that will bring it down.

Who doesn't know 53billon overbloated Access Outstanding Shares has made it become a JIJO stock?

They use the so called acquisitions as decoy for money laundering while leaving their shareholders high and dry.

That's the reason UBA and FBNH have left ACCESS behind and very soon Fidelity will overtake it.
