I don't know if they have cctv footage of the incident at first bank before it goes viral.
I paid for a school admission letter to a university in Romania.
The agent later told me that the school has closed admission.
So I decided to tell her to resend the money back to me.
We aggred to use western union

She sent me the mtcn and I went to firstbank they said network not working that I should go to main branch.
I went to main branch, stood in line when my turn reach na one woman attend to me.
I give her mtcn she dey check say e dey. She come say the sender no put my middle name. That they can't give me the money. Omo I shock. I WhatsApp call the agent in Romania and ask her. She say she use Western union app send am. Say them only ask first and last name.

As I return back to the woman and explain to her why. To my outmost shock this B***h canceled the Western Union transfer saying it looks fraudulent. She gave me that look like I am a scammer. As I try ask her why she cancel.
She just called me a fraudster🤬🤬

If you wish to follow-up, do a formal demand notice to the bank demanding apology within 24hours for defamation. Attach evidence of your correspondence(s) and relevant docs.

A banker calling the client a scammer, omo i fo sur that bank with 100 million Naira for defamation of character as long as there is audio evidence to buttress my point. That litigation will lead to the eventual sack of that staff...

Bros, first I would blame you for not restraining yourself by raising your hands on her.

However, she's got no right to have called you a fraudster. That act alone is enough to get her sacked from her job.

The moment she said that, the next right thing to do is raise your voice and create a scene and request to see the manager. At that point, the manager would have to come out and attend to you people... and trust me, no manager would condone a staff insulting their customer. Right there your issue would be resolved and the staff would be sanctioned.

I once had an issue with a bank staff like that about a staff who misplaced my ATM card and still had the gut to say something unprintable.

Go back to that bank, ask for the manager and make a proper report.

Write to their customer care ASAP. Google and get their customer care email
