I don't think this company just woke up and started looking for #250b,believe they must have done their homework...they must be dancing to a music we are not hearing.

The EGM was suppose to provide clarity but I doubt if it did that. I am still learning so it will be interesting to see how they want to raise the 250bn without letting shareholders know what they want to use it for.
I believe they already know what they want to acquire and must have had some level of agreement with the seller, so saying that in public will not change anything.

This brought my path to the unbelievable transformation of MEGAWEALTH01...

I concur as well. He's equally very vast in Foreign exchanges and integrating World Happenings as well into various market.
First time I watched him was on an invitation with Ugodre chukwu of Nairametrics.
He was the first person I heard of this fobearance loan issue long before CBN brought it to focus. I didn't make much of it then.

Don't expect Royalex to trade like the insurance stocks henceforth.

It will respond to the bull in the financial services sector where it is listed.

Royalex is greatly underpriced in that sector.

PAT is 1,514,789,000 naira
Share outstanding is 8.27 billion shares.
So how come the 0.37 EPS or was it annualized?

Transpower stocks are stuck at 288 Naira. I am surprised they have reported increased revenue and profits despite the harsh Nigerian power sector environment. I guess its because investors are wary of the sector and are not after the stock.

You were right o. Na expo, i have just confirmed the Ucap 0.30k interim dividend. Please, any more expo as I am computing all my interim dividend to pay for school fees (not NSEMPA school fees). I meant my children school fees.
