Please, do you have any info on the acquired fish trawlers they were expected to take delivery of in May this year?

It will definitely jump start the northward movement of the SP.

Omooloriredade:
Could Tantalizer pull an Oando or Ellah Lake? I was going to give them until Q1 '26 (9mths) ....... but you never know... huh

No epistle from me on this one..........everyone should do their own research. Read, understand and arrange the puzzles.

Not a recommendation to buy or sell.

Please has anyone been able to check what is left of PZ Nigeria after offloading the Agri business part of the group. Can the remaining soaps and toot paste be able to still deliver good value to shareholders?

For me I think the Devon King part of the business should be the major revenue spinner. What do I know sef? Abeg the ogas here what do you think?

The profit from WILMAR was not shared with PZ Cussons Nigeria.
So I technically think it's still same value as before

PZ Wilmar was formed in December 2010 as a 50‑50 joint venture between PZ Cussons Plc (through its Nigerian arm) and Wilmar International. It was set up to produce and distribute cooking oils such as Mamador and Devon King in Nigeria .

However, PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc does not directly hold any stake in PZ Wilmar—its parent company in the UK (PZ Cussons Plc) did. The Nigerian subsidiary is not a shareholder, and its operations remain separate and unaffected by joint‑venture activities .

In June 2025, Wilmar International agreed to acquire the remaining 50% stake in PZ Wilmar from PZ Cussons Plc for US $70 million. The deal—pending regulatory approvals—is expected to be completed by the last quarter of 2025. After closing, Wilmar will become the sole owner and plans to rename PZ Wilmar under a new identity.

Wilmar and PZ Cussons Plc shared ownership of PZ Wilmar via that JV, but PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc did not. The Nigerian arm does business independently, focused on soaps, detergents, toiletries and appliances.

Hello

I'm new here. I've been following the thread for some weeks now.

Please I want to know how dividend payment works. Is it automatic and would it be paid into my trading account or do I need to apply for it–what would the process be like?

N.B I have a CSCS account with Morgan Capital

Thank you

I am not impressed with the market today. My portfolio lost some steam. Access Bank started very well but ended the same way as usual. Maybe, it better to take my mind off this market for sometime.
