Okay. Thank you.
From all that you've written, I guess the bank would send the copies to the registrar's afterwards?

ppogba:
Let me help you and simplify things.

Step 1:
Know the registrar in charge of the various companies in which you have holdings. Google or whatever can help you with this.

Step 2:
Go to the individual registrar's website and you will see the e dividend form staring you in the face for download.
You might be lucky to have two of the companies being taken care of by the same registrar. Just tick the respective columns on the form.

Step 3:
Take the the completed form to your bank where you want the payment domiciled. The customer service person will collect from you and you tell them to help you upload .
TIP: MAKE A PHOTOCOPY OF THE FORM BEFORE GOING TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER AND INSIST ON THEIR STAMPING THE PHOTOCOPY FOR YOU AS AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. WITHOUT THIS, THEY MAY NOT WORK ON YOUR FORM OR JUST FORGET ABOUT IT.
But stamping and acknowledgement copy for you, they know you have something you can hold them with.

If the above steps are done, be rest assured that your dividends will be paid even though it may take a while.

Thereafter, go and pay your tithe.

KarlTom:
Saw this in the PRESCO AGM notice:

"...the e-mandate form is no longer in use..."
Not sure if it applies to all registrars...
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Freshestbot: 1:08pm On Jul 29, 2025
This link is just it!!!

I just went through it and it is simple to fill.

Thank you much much

GeeKudi:
Really? Your stated procedure is long and I can only imagine the stress it would involve.

The fellow should just visit the online e-dividend mandate management (EDMMS) portal via this link

https://docuhub3.nibss-plc.com.ng/edmms/self-service

and complete the online form. Your info will be automatically passed to all the registrars operating in the Nigerian market and you are sure of receiving any dividend you're qualified for.

All the pros and cons for ELLAH baby are valid. We know tech start-ups that folded up after one year of opening shop even with a $95m grant tongue.

However, why should the baby fail? The daddies are doing circa 900-1000. Where I expect OANDO to be trading. In fact, its failure only brings it closer to the daddies grin.

For Transcorp, if uncle Tee snooze, he loose. If only the Crusader grin can invade his shareholding structure again so he can wake up again. wink

I love the football analogy. You are so right o.

People were just jumping and passing my comment 😩. I felt frustrated and left, only to come back now and see that you were gracious enough to care 😁

Thanks to you and 2 others who saved the day!

ppogba:
I may agree with you that the process is long and streneous. I have used the EDMMS platform before but could no just remember the address. It worked well too.
However, that does not warrant throwing my baby away with the bath water. And besides, that is part of the beauty of the social media. My response to the fellow neccesitated your own response. People were just reading the fellow' s urgent cry and ''jumping pass" before I responded.

If you are part of the generation that never passed through the process I highlighted then, congratulations to you. After all, the likes of Christian Chukwu and Segun Odegbami suffered what the Osimens and Iwobis are enjoying today. Na so life be.

TRANSCORP yeye company.
Not too bad. I think they have very large receivables — they sold a lot on credit. If they can collect before year-end, they’ll be fine. Over ₦130 billion in receivables. cheesy

DS and Nascon ministries are moving well, remember the junctions, don't sell in a hurry. You don't sell your WINNERS especially when there are still enough room for upsides.

When we get to the junctions , we will do another review.

I think it’ll be at N700 or so by end of next year. Not sure if I’m regretting selling because I put all the loot into WAPCO at #110

I guess you wanted to qoute 430 billion. check the notes in 11.1 (extract below) the bulk of the loan relates to Transpower (a subsidiary) which should benefit from the impending settlement of over 4 trillion power debt waiting to be securitised (via bond) by the FG

"A significant portion of the trade receivable relates to receivable from the NigerianBulkElectricityTradingPlcwhich is the regulatory body for the power business in Nigeria."

Let me interpretate this:

Whenever you hear that the ₦4tn has been approved, expect a rally in the power equities: TRANSPOWER and probably GEREGU.
TRANSCORP will also enjoy from the rally.

Every mallam to his kettle...
