Please does anyone know why Presco like to organise their AGM late. I think they are running a calendar year of Jan - Dec. Okomu have declared interim dividend for H1 and would be paid 18th August 2025, while I just received notification for Presco AGM holding on 19th August 2025. This is a way for them not to declare anything for H1. |

| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Mpeace(m): 7:04pm On Jul 29, 2025 |
But I don't think q2 is enough to conclude for a stock that is in the recovery process. Every quarter is vital. Q3 might even give a higher fair value than q2. So both Mega and Pete's Cadbury predictions are well attainable. |

Mpeace:Impressive q2 result from Cadbury. This is probably one of their best q2 result after a long time. From history, Cadbury best quarter results is usually q1 and q3. So I believe the 100+ price is still in play. |

SonofElElyonRet:I'll analyze this JAPAUL QUARTER 2 in a brief... Japaul Gold & Ventures Q2 2025 Financials – Summary in Few Words: Turnover Growth: Revenue rose significantly to ₦1.71 billion (up from ₦1.21 billion in H1 2024), driven largely by offshore operations (₦1.48 billion). Profitability: The company posted a modest profit of ₦420 million, maintaining profitability from the previous year (₦403 million). Reduced Losses: Accumulated losses narrowed to ₦18.27 billion (from ₦18.69 billion in Dec 2024), indicating gradual recovery. Strong Asset Base: Total assets rose to ₦34.76 billion, with significant investment in intangibles (₦9.36 billion) and PPE (₦4.21 billion). Rising Borrowings: Total borrowings and lease liabilities remained high at ₦8.07 billion, indicating ongoing debt dependence. Cash Flow: Slight improvement in operating cash flow (₦115 million), though still weak liquidity (only ₦132 million in cash). Equity Position: Shareholder equity improved slightly to ₦18.81 billion, with share premium adjusted down to ₦29.95 billion. Dilution Warning: Issued share capital more than doubled to 14.26 billion shares, likely due to equity fundraising or restructuring. Free Float: Now at 46.08%, compliant with NSE listing requirements, but with heavy concentration in few major shareholders. Pay attention to my observation/personal opinion: Japaul shows signs of turnaround with revenue growth and profit retention, but persistent losses, weak liquidity, high leverage, and heavy dilution remain key risks. |

| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by NettyNelly(m): 7:41pm On Jul 29, 2025 |
NettyNelly:Having the largest subscriber base within the Total Addressable Market gives MTN a major advantage. It strengthens the operator’s distribution reach, creating a strong network effect( “Everywhere you go”). This attracts even more subscribers, as people tend to move to and stay with the operator that has the widest network. This, in turn, drives more operating leverage, where incremental revenue grows faster than incremental cost, because there’s no extra cost for each subscriber added to the network once the heavy fixed Capex investments are in place. This operating leverage gives MTN a Capex advantage over other operators. It allows MTN to reinvest supernormal profits back into the network, improving capacity and service quality. That, in turn, helps retain and attract even more subscribers. It’s a kind of circular tailwind: Improved Service Quality → Larger Distribution Network → More Operating Leverage → Capex Advantage → Improved Service Quality. As 5G adoption slowly grows, MTN's large subscriber base deepens its moat as incremental operating leverage kicks in. |

Nobody is expecting bumper result from Japaul self. We are buying the stock because of the Billions they are raising for operations which I know has no other place to go than Northwards. |
