Make I Market my products.

Make una buy Salt and Sugar and help my ministry.

Salt FY EPS is projected to be N15+ upward and that will probably shoot the price to N120+ , that is about 30% upside ,all things being equal. With dividend yield of about 7 - 8% at the current price, you go chop cap appreciation, still chop better dividends. Better than Fixed income, now that the rates are tanking

Sugar's worst days are over; it gets better from here. When the backward integration kicks in fully, the profit will be astronomical. It's better to key in now, than chasing it when the race begins.

Thank you as you patronise.
Just like I said in one of my posts about Sugar and Salt, the probability for Nascon hitting 120 this year is 1 , so if 20% is not too little for you in a short term , you can key into Salt today , 120 is guaranteed . As for Sugar , those that are really patient with it will be bountifully rewarded.

Good result. Right on target to meet expectations. 455k against 177k last year
Nascon with over N11 Eps is so far the best and most undervalued compared to NAHCO and WAPCO
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Sunrisepebble: 10:55am On Jul 30, 2025
For NASCON I don’t get the result. Is the EPS not annualized? Divide PAT by OS, it comes to N5.77 for H1

CI leasing just keeping going down.
I think CILEASING is consolidating at +/- N7. To me the business in in great health. Profit takers and those that need money will pull down the price from time to time till new data show clearly its earnings level has risen to new levels. With a book value of N15 even with the diluted shares which some are selling (pulling down price), I think the business should be good for the medium term with a market price trending towards its book value as a minimum.

I think the market is watching how debt and profitability will play out going forward.

### 📉 Debt Situation at C & I Leasing (CILEASING)
CILEASING’s **Total Debt to EBITDA ratio** currently stands at **6.0x**, which is relatively high. For context:
- The **industry average** in the same sector is around **3.8x**, with a median of **2.4x**.
- This places CILEASING in the **top quartile for leverage**, meaning it’s more indebted than most of its peers.

This level of debt suggests the company is **highly leveraged**, and while not necessarily alarming, it does mean they’re more exposed to interest rate fluctuations and refinancing risks.

### 💸 Finance Costs vs Profitability
Here’s the catch:
- With a **high debt load**, **finance costs** (interest payments) can eat into profits — especially if earnings don’t grow fast enough to offset them.
- In 2024, CILEASING reported **₦36.74 billion in gross earnings** and **₦1.6 billion in profit after tax**, which shows they’re still profitable.
- However, the **thin margin** between earnings and profit suggests that rising finance costs could **erode profitability** if not managed carefully.

### 🧠 What to Watch Going Forward
- **Interest Rate Trends**: If rates rise, finance costs will increase.
- **EBITDA Growth**: If earnings grow faster than debt, the ratio improves.
- **Debt Restructuring or Paydown**: Any moves to reduce debt would be a positive signal.

Q3 is always the strongest. They’ve grown PAT in each quarter YOY by 150%+.
I wonder what they’ll deliver in Q3 this year because they made N3 EPS in Q3 last year. They’re on track for 10-11 EPS

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by bovali(f): 11:03am On Jul 30, 2025
My Thoughts on UACN Acquisition:

1. Strategic Impact
* Acquiring Chi Limited (Chivita & Hollandia) gives UACN an immediate leadership position in juice, value-added dairy, and beverage categories. All of which are markets with high margins and growing consumer demand.
* Chi Limited is the clear market leader in both juice (Chivita) and drinking yoghurt/milk (Hollandia).
* The deal diversifies UACN’s revenue base away from animal feeds and paints into more defensive, high-turnover consumer goods.

2. Balance Sheet and Earnings Impact
* The acquisition will boost UACN’s topline (revenue) and EBITDA margin. However, much depends on:
* The acquisition price (not disclosed, but see estimate below)
* Funding structure (cash, debt, shares)
* Integration effectiveness and cost synergies
* EPS: If Chi is profitable and growing, it will lift UACN’s earnings power and could justify a re-rating (higher sector P/E, more in line with consumer staple blue chips).
* Book Value: Will increase if funded via share issue at a premium or assets injection; could fall if high leverage is used.
* Multiple Expansion: UACN will move from a low-multiple conglomerate to a consumer staple profile, attracting higher valuation multiples.

Chi Limited Valuation (Speculative):
* Industry Benchmarks: In 2019, Coca-Cola acquired the rest of Chi Limited reportedly at a $500–$600m enterprise value (when Naira was under ₦400/$).
* Current market: Nigerian consumer sector has re-rated upwards, and Naira has devalued. Category leaders trade at 2.0x–3.0x sales and 8x–12x EBITDA.
* Estimated 2025 numbers: Based on Chivita/Hollandia’s market dominance and the scale implied by 5,000 employees, a conservative 2025 revenue estimate is ₦300–₦400 billion, EBITDA margin of 15–20 percent.

Quick Speculative Valuation:
Metric | Estimate (2025) | Multiple | Implied EV (₦bn)
Revenue. | ₦350bn. | 2.0x. | ₦700bn
EBITDA. | ₦60bn (17% margin). | 9x. | ₦540bn

* Likely deal value: ₦540–₦700 billion EV (approx $370–$480m at ₦1,450/$)
* If UACN acquires at this range, the implied equity value (after any debt) would be slightly lower, but Chi Limited could add ₦5–₦7 per UACN share in earnings power over time if integration is efficient and margins are sustained.

My Opinion and Rationale
* UACN’s Fair Value Impact: If acquisition is at fair price, UACN could see its fair value per share move up by 30–50 percent range based on new sector P/E and increased earnings as long as synergy and brand momentum are captured.
* Chi Limited Standalone Value: Using industry multiples, Chi’s standalone value today is ₦540–₦700 billion.
* Long-term: If well-executed, this deal could make UACN the top Nigerian consumer staple play after Nestle and Nigerian Breweries.

You can laugh in gibberish for all I care! Try to be sensitive to other people's situation. I am in CI leasing and Caverton for long term. Some people entered short term because it was said that the rally will continue till 15. The funds may not be patient funds. I am not blaming Loco and I believe the stocks are good for mid to long term
