This is one of the disadvantage of small capitalization company.

The company is even a seasonal company. angry

Nothing to do with Wema but all to do with its backward forward backward movement.
Access is undergoing restructuring and international acquisitions which would bloat the OS, hence it is better and safer to view it as long term investment for now, until they conclude everything. UBA and FBN had similar experiences.

On the MAP scheme, customers pay out of pocket for it, soni don't see why they should be owed in that regard except they are on the Federal mass metering program. In that case, they might get owed like other businesses.

The business is good and I can only hope they maintain the growth trajectory over the next 3yrs. Price should edge on to 40-50 naira by then.
Ok. If it's from customers pockets.
Then I think the receivables is probably tied to Banks since they also provide them software services and still collect loans from them. grin
trade by barter things.

As for your projection, definitely It will get there.

That what some investors don't consider...
It's seasonal and q1 isn't one of its best season....
If you consider the FYE in March ending, you'll see massive revenue made...

I expect the MM to come in at some point, only that the MM looks so slow, not as active as that of Academy..... If not, they ought to have moved it to N10 before now..
It's well.

Meanwhile, GUINNESS is on fullest bid @117.05! shocked
NB, hope you dey see am so... 😊

Is it not overvalued at this level. I bought the rights but now I don’t know where the price is going to
That's why we say everything is not about fundamentals alone...
Some forces are moving the stock....
Also enjoying favorable market sentiments.
Fundamentally okay as I hear too.

This is why Royalex will be ahead of all of them.
Financial services + insurances services is better than depending on only insurance services.

The finance and investment arm of Royalex is what is doing the magic for Royalex now. There is more to it when the institutional investors renew interest in a particular stock.
Ah! I see, I was not familiar with their game. Safe journey.

I put head even though at a higher entry price. Wishing it would drop today make I enter again but its looking unstoppable.

We wait and see.
Pray it doesn't find a new support at N2 because I am seeing price settling at 2.20-2.30 while support settles at 2.

Sweet market today.Traders running thr show today.I equally expect same tomorrow.
Monday investors start thr show after digesting results over the weekend.

Remaining banks results for those going to declare interim dividend and kpakus results next month.

From the look of things, NPF MICROFINANCE BANK will soon overtake FCMB.. maybe even unity bank when it comes out of suspension.. to think that Wema Bank was once cheaper than FCMB

I mistook ROYALEX for insurance company. I never knew they were financial service, diversified and even own a microfinance bank.

I have been looking to invest in such a company but only of recent found this out.

That is diverse portfolios
More than insurance
Attracts institutional investors because of the sector listed.

They just started churning profits
Will be able to pay dividend next year

Loco identifies capital appreciation stocks quite early. Problem is sometimes the initial rally doesn't go as far as he predicts but usually the subsequent ones ultimately surpass it..

I will quote you again by Q3.

Like someone rightly identified, Loco's problem is in holding. If he had bought that coy by Q1 release. Royalex is a medium hold!

I noticed a 6% drop and a 8% buy in holding from two Substantial holders. That trade was one in January and recently June.
Growing subsidiaries too.

My chart says "Its almost breakout, but can be risky on shortterm hold"

You can not win all the time!

Should I run?

almost 20% of my portfolio sits with FBN..hovering around breakeven price.

I am happy to take my small losses and run if the issue is expected to get worse.

GTCO closed at 0.09 usd today on the London stock exchange.
That's about 138 naira per share.
Closed at 101.95 on Nigerian stock exchange.

Bargain hunters take note. 👌
Its interesting how UK price is now the target for GTCO when it should be the other way round. GTCO has more investment in naija hence ngx price should be the dominant...the market is growing sha...hopefully ngx go become a big force to recon
