I thought it usually comes out in July and is paid in August.

Seems i got my dates wrong.
Since they started auditing q2, it's often been September, with most payment in October November. That is for Zenith, Access, UBA,GTco and Fidelity I am not sure for the rest

This is a high-risk game. Not worth it for us newbies. I'll stick with the "normal stocks"

That is in Naira. But in Dollars e no reach half.
Nah not true, e don pass.

Here’s what I got from ChatGPT:

According to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) Q3 2015 fact sheet, at the end of September 2015, the equities market capitalisation was reported as ₦10.74 trillion (equivalent to about USD 53.94 billion), representing the value of listed equities only.

Currently,

₦ 89.4 trillion — This is the total market capitalisation of listed equities on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) as of August 1, 2025 .

💱 Conversion to USD
• Based on mid‑market exchange rates reported for August 4, 2025, of approximately ₦1,527 per USD , the equity market cap equates to about:
• USD 58.55 billion, when converted from ₦ 89.4 trillion (₦89,400 billion ÷ 1,527 ≈ USD 58.6 billion).

Bros you will regret selling Aiico.
Aiico is doing 200-300%
Insurance stocks are going to be a talk of the town.
The bull descending on them is hurricane one.
Aja8 alias common sense did not give us the full information. He only worked on MB as if it's the best insurance stock to do 5.60 in his analysis not knowing others will vex and demand for their positions.

Watch out.You will give me another respect for revealing this

I thought he said we are like half of it.

Anyway, with new listings like Dangote Fertiliser coming up before December, the NGX is on the way to becoming the strongest it has been in dollar terms since 2008.

You need to understand the issue.
We are talking about the N27trillion windfall/gain by investors not the entire market cap.

Okay my bad. You are right.

In dollar terms, that 27 trillion naira na moi moi compared to the 10 trillion in 2015.

Thanks, eventually found it after I asked the question.

People are more interested in Oando.

What is your take on the result. The price has been stagnated for a while
The result no bad but the cost of sales, general and administrative expense brought them down compared to 2024 and the other comprehensive income for the year net of tax for 2024 made the result of 2024 have the edge over the result of 2025

They need to work on the cost of sales and general and administrative expense.

WoW!

I haven't seen mine in my stockbroking account. Could you please advise how I can get access to my CSCS account? Can the CSCS account allow all stocks with different brokers be consolidated together or do I have to have a CSCS account for each of the brokers I am in?
Two ways that I know...!

The first and easiest way is to contact CSCS directly and register for CSCS access. With this you will be able to asses your stock 2 4 7 except during maintenance. Note: it's a paid service and now cost about Five Thousand Three Hundred something per annum..With this, you can view all your accounts with different brokers IF you a SINGLE CHN for all of them. However, if their CHN's are different you either have to look for a way to merge under one or open different CSCS access login for them.

The second way is through AfriPrud's Invearn App. This one requires a payment of N1,000 monthly. I use the CSCS access already so I have not bother activate the paid version of this one though it's still on my phone too. So I can't tell you categorically how it works but I know some people will be using.

It's normally added to individual's CSCS account....
You can contact your broker and give instruction for it to be added to your trading/stockbroking àccount.

If you have same CHN for all brokerage account, then it will be consolidated into one CSCS account, otherwise, each stock will be domiciled with the brokerage house you bought through.

Exactly.
We've talked about the first part here on different occasions......
That, individuals should subscribe to CSCS direct access to their CSCS account.
Payment is annual, or you choose to pay for more than a year subscription as may be allowed by CSCS.
* Annual fee is small and you'll have direct access to your CSCS statement of account 24/7.
