Would it cause a rejection during the pre -cas or visa application process?

In general I need advice on the best steps to take as regards POF

Yes. I failed mine then with YSJ university and had to go for University of Sussex.

You haven’t gotten your visa decision yet, they are just returning your passport because when you get your Visa Decision within 15 working days from today there won’t be a visa vignette stamp on it since they have switched to E-visa.

So your visa isn’t ready, they are returning an empty passport because they don’t need it.

When I did my biometrics they told me to come back in 2 hours for my passport because it’s an e-visa

You haven’t gotten your visa decision yet, they are just returning your passport because when you get your Visa Decision within 15 working days from today there won’t be a visa vignette stamp on it since they have switched to E-visa.

So your visa isn’t ready, they are returning an empty passport because they don’t need it.

When I did my biometrics they told me to come back in 2 hours for my passport because it’s an e-visa

But I was told via the msg sent to me that the passport and notification of the decision for my reference number was dispatched via courier service

Its a generic message, it’s the message they normally send for people to pick up their passport when their visa is read but the circumstance has changed (because of e-visa). So they didn’t change the message even when the circumstance has changed.
