Target price in 20 -30 days to come.

While Royalex will witness distributions in the coming days which will cause overhead supply,Japaul will witness strong accumulations which will increase the price.

If you said a bank will prefer a N500 million property to N2 billion worth of Ellah Lakes shares, I will agree with you

It takes 48 hours or less to have your loan approved if you have N2 billion worth of GTCO shares. I have even gotten my loans approved in less than 12 hours

The bank will revalued your so called N500 million property to N250 million to N300 million and can take 4 months and above to perfect placing a lien on the property. The types of property they will accept are also location specific
