Some of us on this platform seem to think that we know everything and all the factors that could possibly determine or influence the performance of stocks on the NGX. The truth is we don't.
There are many factors, developments, happenings, projects, plans etc. that we may not know. So sometimes, we need to keep an open mind and never say never.
There many examples of stocks that have defied the odds of negative bashing and history keeps repeating itself.
I remember I listed out Honeywell and IBL when they were stagnant selling around N3-N4; and some people were mocking me saying I was promoting ''dead'' stocks. The so called ''dead'' stocks have yielded about 300% returns in less than a year.

To have a PE of 10 they need PAT of N8b.

P.E of 5 will need N16b PAT.

[Um] accordingly we are able [and now] to raise capital and we're not raising capital at five naira a share which we would have done assuming we had done it last year. we're [doing by] raising capital today at over 50 naira a share which is a 10 times increase in the overall capitalization of the company as well as effectively 10 times increase in the value of the shareholding which individual shareholders hold [um] in the company thus reducing the dilution effect... "
