I am wondering who in their sane mind will be offloading Mbenefit with such an excellent H1 result and the general insurance bull

Is it only MBENEFIT self
If they don't offload, how will some others be able to buy?
How will institutional investors be able to have their fill?
I felt yesterday's triggered panic was to make people push out their holdings, just my opinion, I may be wrong.

** Caveat: Not any form of advice**

Boss...the full offer is on another level. I will average down but I need to wait for dust to settle before buying more.

Although I try to avoid insurance stocks because of past experiences of 2008... I have few insurance stocks bought sometimes ago...

I am heavily LOADED on LASACO for long term purposes after doing my own due diligence...

I'm not dropping it as one of my picks because there is this phobia for insurance stocks... I bought LASACO today in BATCHES and BIG VOLUMES too from one of my LOOTS in past trades elsewhere...

Stay away from LASACO if you will come here to tarnish my image... Stay away from INSURANCE GAME if you don't understand what you bought

I want to take away 100m off from the market and lock it in Wema-Alat fixed deposit for 365 days.
I want to take the interest upfront.
After deducting the 10%,I will receive 15,756,000 as interest for 12 months.

Is this a wise decision since I don't want to keep it in the stock market?

17.75% per anum

Pls make Una put mouth
Go my side. I've posted a good fixed income product that can give you much better returns.

That has been part of my call but the gang keep coming for personal attacks
I asked what is the figure probabilities for 1-5 yrs for 3 tonnes Mills running at full capacity.
And they say is not necessary. That the only thing important is it is in the same business with presco and okumu company.
Your calls have always been right! grin

Is just that those speculators hate it when you trying to reveal their pump and dump games.

This for the people who want to invest in insurance sector.
Use nem insurance as bench mark.I used nem because it was a stock I had plenty afolabi units and later sold at #2 plus. I regret it.
Which of the insurance stock do u feel can repeat what nem has done from the 2 plus to 30 plus based on fundamentals. If u find such insurance stock. My advise is accumulate now.

ELLAHLAKES
Bargain hunters should keep eye on the price movement.....
We all know they've not started generating much revenue....
Buying into Ellah is buying into the company's future....
Don't forget they're raising capital and either you buy or not, badmouth or not, they'll get their funds...
No be your kobo kobo dem needed for N250bn, strategic investors and FPIs are there....😁
Those bids on queue knows what they're after.

DEAPCAP, a high risk speculative asset, offers price appreciation potential, evidenced by strong short-term returns, but such gains appear disconnected from its weakening financials...but i am bullish, the chart says money is entering and the asset can double in price......DYOR https://ewnation.com/category/stock/nigeria

I also think 4 years is feasible.

But they should let shareholders know that this is what we will deliver in terms of revenue, gross Profit, operating profit in 2026, 2027, 2028 and 2029

So that uninformed shareholders won't build a castle in the air
They can't make accurate projections when milling never start.

They'll be estimating uptime which will be hard to do given the so many potential unforseen circumstances

Not sustainable but people with privilege information about the business would have cashed out and invested in order assets or investments pending the time the business will start generating reasonable revenue and making profit.

How can a business with a market capitalization of about N50 billion generate a revenue of about N100 million for the year

That will give a Price/ Sale ratio of about 500 when the average in the industry is 3.5.
Their intentions have always been to pump and dump. They have never had any intention of holding for long. The final bag holders will be at the receiving end. huh

At least a revenue of about 1 billion Naira would have been reasonable for a company with a market capitalization of about 50 billion Naira.

You talk well here.....
For me, all the listed insurance will perform well, agreed some might do well than others...

There'll be mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, RI, private placements, bonus issues, strategic investors, etc.
Capital inflow is imminent.

For example,GUINEAINS insurance already mentioned this as part of their AGM agenda

I think estimate can made if they can seek the service or advice of companies like Okomu and Presco with so many years of experience in the oil milling business.

Stop talking about what you don't know, do you know how many hectares of cassava on ground? Do you know ROI on cassava plantation...

Well, keep digging that is just an hint to tell you you that 1b is the easiest thing to reach within a year or less.

Most insurance stocks are in price discovery, and have peaked at wave 3 of 1..suggesting that there may be one more leg up...many will find support around the 38and 50 Fibonacci levels. you're right "accumulate" is the right term, but shine eyes, what we see may not be what they play......personally still watching for more signs....massive opportunities and massive risks!!!!

If the local maize and cassava farmers around me can estimate the revenue from their farms. So,what stops Ellah lakes from doing the same?

I dnt know what pa Emma meant by insider are cashing out, how would major insiders sell without filling with regulatory body is what I can't understand.

None of the majority holders selling currently.

The stock may not fit into your investing philosophy n it's fine but sending unnecessary signals is not good.

Some persons purchased this stock at one-tenth of current price in 2022.

They have 10X already.

10X is far above the objective at time of purchase. That's why profits are being booked.
