SOP that presco is about to acquire, are they not being sold at premium, even though it's still a loss making company with asset yet to be purchased.

Why are we valuing those assets to be acquired, can't we just buy what is on ground while we deal with the acquisition ourselves.

I can tell you, the only reason we have that forecast was because they want to sell it to us.
