Is N100 million for a full year or N70 million in 9 months a reasonable revenue for a business with a market capitalization of N58 billion.

We are not talking about profit here ooo, talking of revenue
How will they generate so much revenue when they've just basically started their mill, i don't think anyone should expect Q3 of Ellah to be fantastic future report Q4 and beyond is the main thing that we should look forward to.

The revenue in 9 months is more than N70 million, how will they pay the salaries of the executive management staff, farm workers, diesel, fuel, and other running costs.

Some of us who run smaller businesses made revenue of over N70 million in 9 months not to talk about a company quoted on NGX with a net asset of about N23 billion

Personally, I don't want to believe the revenue figures quoted by Ellah Lakes.

I believe it is higher than that.

Micro and smaller businesses are generating more N70 million revenue in 9 months

I have note before ELLAH needs to improve book keeping. Also I understand human desire for wealth, entrepreneurs pushing new ventures will want to corner some money and make themselves rich from their entrepreneurial pursuits through various games. They just need not be too greedy and at least try to be fair to others (shareholders) who have financed their dream.

Now you are talking.

We should not say because we have taken position into any stock we will not be open to constructive criticism of the stock based on facts and figures
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by BabsO2(m): 8:36pm On Aug 15, 2025
Perhaps PRESCO has already got ahead in pursuing the asset ELLAH is targeting. That will be nice as it's good ELLAH gains some experience first operating its first mill and establish it's stakeholders (engine) for printing money gradually. As it still has a corporate learning curve / stakeholder establishment it needs to pursue. Elllah needs to crawl and walk first before attempting to run.

The thought crossed my mind but it seems highly unlikely that Ellah wouldn't know that Presco would be interested in the asset and would be ridiculous to think that Ellah would hope to beat Presco to an asset belonging to the latter's chairman grin

It's pertinent to know that Saro farms is owned by Olakanmi Rasheed Sarumi and his family who is the Chairman of the Presco. So basically the chairman is selling his farm to his company . Let's be guided
Looks like you know Rasheed so well.

He is a gamer. Smart and can't be beaten in this game. He always wins 🏆 👏 🙌

I personally i said here that ellahlakes CEO has a tangible results as his bargaining power which is yet to be revealed to the public.

Its important to also note that, I said they just want to corner some as they are feeling entitled just like majority of us will do. How much they want to corner is what we don't know.
That dangote guy will never come if he did not see breast in loco voice.

But time will reveal who is correct between us.

Ellah being a baby in red oil has two risks to shareholder prosperity. 1. Greed of management. Not enough data to assess this properly. e.g. Historically GTCO management is far far better than FBNH management in this greed index. 2. Learning curve and establishment / development of stakeholders needed to mint money from the business. Based on these two and from currently limited available info I wish another person grab the so asset they want to purchase. Make them walk before running.

Assuming it has 1 billion outstanding shares like Presco, and can deliver the forecast operating profit of N85 billion in 2029 and Probably a net profit after tax of N50 billion.

That will be an EPS of N50 at a conservative PE of 8 although the average PE in the industry is currently 10.

That business is expected to have a market capitalization of about N400 billion in 2029.

But will be bought for an equivalent of N46 billion in 2025 or early 2026

I dnt know what pa Emma meant by insider are cashing out, how would major insiders sell without filling with regulatory body is what I can't understand.

None of the majority holders selling currently.

The stock may not fit into your investing philosophy n it's fine but sending unnecessary signals is not good.
From high of 13 to low of 9 in 1week(-30%)
From high of 19 to low of 14 in 1 week.(-26%).

There's insider cashing out.
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by crownprince2017: 9:37pm On Aug 15, 2025
Personally, my prayer is they shouldn't be able to buy the asset because I see it as an easier way to corner alot.

I repeat, they have a tangible results they are hiding.

It is coming from u and they are being diplomatic in thr response. Is this not part of the red flags I have raised in the past.
The ceo is not truthful. He is using different ways to create more equities for himself via debt conversion. How can a agricultural business with over 24,000 hectares of landbank be saying no revenue for 2 -3 yrs and in 2025 be talking of 70 million that u use to settle apprentice in onitsha..lol

I have enquired.
Not up to that.
Why I prefer Wema bank to other higher yields.
1. My money is accessible at Dashboard.I can monitor the progress without going to the bank.

2. Self service feature is enabled. In less than 2 minutes,I am done and the upfront interest paid within minutes.

3. I can use my principal to get what is called goal based loan at reduced rates even though the fund is locked for 365 days.

Thank you
See wetin branch manager send to me.

Is the capacity of the farm not known
Does the price of oil not have a bracket.
Does 3 tonnes of millnot have minimum and maximum operational capacity that u can discount magin of error.
So how do other businesses have future probability targets.
Or when it involves kpakus it is a different standard .

I once did the maths based on 3 tonnes mill and posted it here.Did anyway of the audios and gang come up with counter numbers. All they do is personal attacks thinking I can be intimidated. They don't know na that can thing dey even fuel fight for street...when person feels he can shut u down

Make I catch cruise join for oga Emma name
Oga Emma, u be strong elder.
When u say same thing about kpakus.
They become so diplomatic in response even when insider them they are not happy
They will be in pain and still be shining teeth.
They know u pass them and thr audio ogas.
I will like to be like u when I grow up..lol

No vex na cruise I dey catch. Na only thr madam they even get liver talk true watin dey her mind...not minding her double standard sometimes

Then on this kpakus matter u keep saying 100 million for full yr.Does it mean u don't even see possibility of 300 million like I have been saying. If I see 100 million full yr.I will personally go protest for efcc office about the ceo.

I was surprised he could still dig up such.
I find it difficult. I for they bring out many of my old post on matters here. Mostly on some stocks for newbies to understand how far it started. They make some of ur stands look like it just started yesterday.
Some acts like mongo Park that claimed he discovered nigeria that existed before his grandfather on stocks too.
Just because we mention the stock and move on without ringing steady bell about it.
I remember when I mentioned sanu insurance, chams Ci leasing and even roylex at what price

That’s the BIG risk with banks price to book. And why CBN is there as an additional layer of checks on top of audit firms. Shareholder funds can just disappear into thin air due to poor risk management.
