If residential houses(owned and lived in by the owner/relations) and are not included as public buildings going by this definition of what constitute a public building.

If a landlord is to insure his building, just to bypass this compulsory insurance, the landlord could collude with his/her tenants to claim they are living there for free.(no payment or transaction).
More like a relative or Charity residence/philanthropy.

With so many loans converted to shares, dividend payments is doable in a year or two. In fact Ellah management are better off embracing a strategy of being seen as a dividend growth business. It will soften the ground for future seeds of expansion. It will make the large volume of shares they currently hold more valuable on the medium term as well as in long term.

I bought 500k of equity assurance during the last insurance consolidation for 1.50 per units. about 16 years later i was begging to sell and eventually sold for 20k. I vowed never to go close to insurance. I gambled 1M units of RoyalExchange early this month based on Loco hawking at 1.55k and came out today at 2.80k. Congratulations to the buyers. No regrets and pray not to look back again on insurance stock.

On Nahco, i have been observing some money foot print...very startegic accumulation since Thursday. The offer is over 6M bids, but moves in gradually so as not to distort the matket, maintains the same offer and bid size, then towards the end of the market about 2:10, the offer is fully loaded. Offer of 6M chasing 700k units. I am sure when the buyer is done the price will adjust. Meanwhile some valuations estimate 17% undervaluation... I am down on cash now i would have loaded. I like keeping percentage of my portfolio to follow money footprints, buy that percent in on insurance at the moment. Still a win win though. I hope it remains for me to catch it.😀

You're not focusing on what you are doing in the market, it happen to all of us at sometime in the market.
The platform you're using will guard you on the price you should place your order right before it reject your order.
Take the new price set for the day divide it by 10 then add or subtract it from the new price set for the day without rounding up. these are the range for that day.

If my house is insured because I'm letting it out; no gainsaying, they'd feel it in their rent.
