If you read the reviews of Legend Internet you'd wonder how come they're still in business or if they'll remain in business for long.

The reviews are so so terrible and the company seems unconcerned about it.

Meanwhile you won't see any positive review for those who are enjoying their service, if there's anyone.

If people actually read reviews of Legend Internet before patronising them, they won't continue in business for long.
Even on their website, you will see stuff like "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet...." in places where real information should be. I am shocked. I thought they hold a lot of promise as pioneers of fibre internet in Nigeria. I guess I am wrong.

I have observed that insiders are selling down their holdings in recent time. Any explanation for that.

Please what's the payment date for C&I leasing dividend?
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Yoursfaithful: 12:46pm On Aug 19, 2025
Dear oga Emma
Please help check the following:
Presco is proposing to hold its AGM for the year ended 31/12/2024, on 19/08/25.
One of the Special Resolutions to be presented to the Shareholders on 19/08/25, is for Presco Plc to acquire a company (Siat Nigeria Ltd., based in Eleme, Rivers State, Nigeria) & formally owned by Siat AG based in Belgium, which used to own 60% of Presco Plc. Nigeria.
During 2023/2024, I think Presco Plc., Nigeria, raised a Bond of about N23billion plus , to acquire the Siat Ltd. company based in River State , Nigeria.
However, one of the SPECIAL RESOLUTIONS to be presented at the 19/08/25 PRESCO'S ÀGM, seems to be talking of the Acquisition of the same formerly owned ( Siat Nig.Ltd.) , FOR which part of the N250Billion to be raised by way of RIGHTS ISSUES (to be approved at the 19th August,2025 AGM).
If the same Siat Nig. Ltd. had been earlier(2023/2024) acquired by the same PRESCO Plc. through the Bond of N23 Billion plus raised then, why is the same company, going to be RE-ACQUIRED through RIGHTS ISSUES Funds from Shareholders?
There is need to get a clarification of this before and at the 19/08/2025 AGM.
Regretablly, I am still receiving treatment & will not be at the coming AGM. Also, I do not have a proxy to send to the AGM.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS NOTE THEREFORE, IS FOR YOU TO help LOOK INTO PRESCO'S Reports of 2023/2024 to date , on this acquisition of the former Siat Nig. Ltd. based in Eleme, River State.
The worries is even more disturbing now, that the Major Shareholders of Present Presco Plc. , also acquired the earlier shares of Siat in Belgium from whom Presco Plc. earlier purchased
Siat Nig. Ltd. in Eleme, RIVER STATE by way of a N23billion Bond raised by Presco Plc.
Your careful & prompt examination of this case will be Highly appreciated.

Someone needs to email Legend Internet and point out all these anomalies.

Their digital footprint is not looking good for their kind of business.

Which one. <5% changes are not drastic.
I am starting to suspect there may be no interim dividends this year. CBN had warned earlier until forbearance is cleared.
Boards have approved, but what if CBN doesn't?

More sellers than buyers!

Don't forget increase or decrease in price cannot erase the intrinsic value of a stock.
