Executive Director, WCM Capital, Habeeb Amole, who spoke on behalf of the stockbrokers , commended the board and management of Ellah Lakes for the significant progress in land acquisition, palm plantation development, and nursery establishment.

He noted that composition of the board of the company features young visionary leaders, which signals ambition and growth potential.

He said the company offers significant growth prospects for long-term investors looking to build a portfolio, especially when considering its current valuation and ambitious plans.

He added that speculators may also benefit from the ongoing positive trends in the stock market.

Your watchlist is doing fine.
I remember Meritrade used to have a feature called Merigame. They used to reward users who had the largest return by percentage on their capital. Starting capital was 1 million Naira.

Thank you for advocating for a fellow. Big men and blocking people are like 5 and 6.

You see when I said I don't want to talk about kpakus. They bring reason to talk about it.
Walahi the kpakus has its syndicate in this thread and reporting back
The last time they did this paparazzi with brokers we complained why in a car park.
This time they decided to take photo shoot by kpakus sign board.
Why not do proper video documentary of the farm for the investing public to see.
What is the purpose of always bringing stock brokers if not to use them in the manipulation of share price which is already happening.
Is it stock brokers that will finance the business. The ceo is unbelievable.
Is this how presco and okumu has been inviting stock brokers in numbers for paparazzi .This guy is a confirmed G guy

I would have thought the next thing by this time is the commissioning and video working of the baby mill even if it is 3 tonnes mill
Is it that this brokers are jobless and he pays them to follow him and convert the cost to more equity
It is obvious this guy want to just raise money to loot via PO.
No serious person will do private placement with this guy.He equally knows RI will fail and banks won't lend him
His only hope is PO for anything possible and never really 250billion. He is targeting ignorant nigeria via all this paparazzi.
I assure him it will definitely fail

But zenith Is far better at 67. The distance is like heaven and earth but everyone of them that goes up are surely coming down to baseline before month end. My little Kobo advice: Take all your money out of stock.

Let it burn cool and settle after which everybody will calmly go in to any stock they ve been eyeing, the journey to January could then begin.
We will all meet in September and revisit what ve just said

Please elders in the house, is there any dividend paying stock that still has a potential of doing 30-50% increase before the year ends??

Everywhere on NGX has been going red no more 10% and even 3.28% where included in top 10 today. So no one should feel bad, it happened to everyone.

Even with my brokers (4 of them) their recommendation, out of 100 recommendations in total, only 7(buy) were green, all were red(sell) and hold

Great. It's actually in both news articles that Ellah's top priority is to start pay dividend immediately its cashflow positive. I talk am yesterday - dividends will come in a year or two.

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by aj8(m): 10:25pm On Aug 19, 2025
crownprince2017:
Quick one, Aj8 pls what is common sense strategy view on wema bank; sell, buy or hold.

Thanks.
@crownprince2017
Wema’s earnings are mostly organic so suitable for the strategy but sentiments around dividends ain't so great so I applied a 75% penalty.

Range is therefore 24.504 -32.672
The lower of the range is with the 75% applied and the upper is without.
So it’s a HOLD for me until next quarter when we can reassess based on their running EPS.

Below is the breakdown

H1 annualized EPS = 8.168
Common Sense Target = 8.168 x 4 = 32.672
75% of 32.672 = 24.504

Range = 24.504 - 32.672

Please also note that the last 3 months' EPS annualized is also showing improvement

So a N28.956 ( 75% applied) could still be expected if Q3 shows sustained momentum.

The company needs to match all this with an increase in dividends, north of N2.00 especially if full-year EPS ends up above N10.00, which I believe they would beat.

Just my opinion. Please still do your research.

Zenith Bank @ 67 or below

Do your due diligence, not a financial advise

Thr is a C moniker who is part of the game here
That is why he said he is palm oil merchant in the past.
He only does personal attacks to people on kpakus matter. He equally lies claiming insider information to keep the game on
The results will expose them this month. That is part of the reasons u are seeing stock brokers paparazzi happening too
I believe some insiders want to cash out before Janet comes calling after results
