Depends on your university. Check the requirements for your university. If they require pof for CAS, it will be 28 days. And it doesn’t matter if you spent out of the money as long as the funds in your account is > the required the amount.

The bank statement is genuine, UK home office aren't stupid, if its fake they would have issued a refusal letter and a ban, Ecobank is international bank and a big bank too and easy to contact. The letter said Ecobank has not responded to their email. I think I have to find a way for ecobank to respond to their email.

You should provide Reference letters and employment letters, certificstes e.t.c ,do not add bank account if it's not the one you are using for your POF so it doesn't contradict with the one you used for pof

Yes, I got the notification about 5 hours after my Biometrics that my Passport is ready for collection.
