I was gisting with a femail colleague about marriage and related matters recently.

Her serious conclusion on marriage is this: once she blows 💰 she doesn’t need marriage. Meaning it is now that she hasn’t blow that she would consider marriage.

This is not even about her, this is more of a systemic thinking and the problem is from our current society and value orientation. We are fast losing family values and placing “self” above all else, this is more prevalent among women.

When a man has money, he thinks of starting and taking care of a family. When a woman comes into serious money she would most likely tell you she doesn’t need a man! Nothing wrong with a man safeguarding his finances.

I agree with number. I don't know why the geh geh has become popular. He doesn't say anything sensible. All he talks about is sex. As for that women paying dowry, I've always held that opinion. Women should be the ones kneeling to propose as well. There's no way on I'm kneeling to propose to woman

Please men if you know you want to follow Ghe Ghe advice , please don't give birth, don't, just castrate your self, you want to give birth but you are not fully ready to support the child in his growing stage, ask your self this question, if for example you have two or three baby mama and after some time all your baby mama get married to someone else , who will take care of the children? maybe the children are still tender . At the end of the day the children will have no home of their own. Those of us that have leave in the village before understand this more.

He's 1000000 percent correct, if he's not correct why are you complaining about it?

Geh Geh speaks from his experience and makes sense in a few areas especially on investment, etc. He has some very broad generalizations that are very detrimental to a healthy relationship or marriage.

He is not 100000 percent correct i have only summarized the four of his many advises that are detrimental to a healthy relationship in the midst of all the hype and chaos. Meanwhile you can keep anyone you want. Its up to you, don't come crying to us later after ruining your relationship.

According to number 2 point you raised, did you read the news of a man who took his wife to UK and the wife eyes became wide open. She reported him to authority and get him deported back to Nigerian just so she can be living recklessly without caution. OP. What do you have to say about this?

Hahahha, what happens during sudden death or incapacitation. Nigeria has no government support. It is better to allow your wife to have an entirely independent source of income in case of any eventuality. If you look at the numerous potential downsides, you may want to review
