The forecast is not from Ellah Lakes but from Meristem Research. They have analysts that research different sectors of the economy.

The essence of this research is to guide investors about their expectations.

Up till now the management of Ellah Lakes have not been able to give us their forecast for the next 5 years
Yes, i noticed it now.
Better because a revenue of 4b in 2029 looks very very small compared to my valuation and expectations on the stock.

"Investing stage"
That is what some people failed to realise. It is abnormal expecting Ella to be at the same level with Okomu or presco. It is good that meristem did not say the Ella farm is not in existence as many are insinuating. Palm farming is a long term business. Fine, you might have started producing something as from five years (maybe three nowadays), the fruit and output will still be very small at this stage. Some fruit will practically be the size of a fist. It takes many more years before you really start to make the money. Okomu and the likes are maybe as old I am, and they buy existing farms and trun it around. This is not the same as planting afresh, which I belive is what Ella is doing most. I believe Ella will perform excellently in the nearest future. "Except, Nigeria." Is like comparing O and O and Seplat also. O and O too is going places. Even without PBAT. "Except, Nigeria."

I wish I had money to do what I wanted to do and still retain my small holdings. Same with WEMA which some don't believe in that time.

yMcy56:
Sir, thanks for posting this report.
Though not very legible but I can say the lines I was able to read are pointers to a great company to be birthed in Agricultural sector .

More lights shed on the activities of this company, how robust the company is as well as highlighting the potentials and future prospects of ELLAHLAKES.

Renewed interest is expected in ELLAH because the analysis points to the fact that they're really at the investing stages, in which funds are being injected and still being injecting.

On the financials aspect, I think what was arrived at is expected....when establishing a company for instance, funds keeps entering and immediate gains/profits or revenues are not always expected or the first target.

Meristem might have worked with what was on ground but did they factor-in other near future developments and expected turnarounds? Or did I miss anything?

Like I said, I've not read everything on the analysis. A link to download will be appreciated.

I hope Street investor is able to read this analysis with an open mind.

I could read someone even said they planted since 2020, why aren't they producing now...

My thought is: how many years does it take a palm tree to start producing fruits?
If you can get the idea of this, then you wouldn't even be making reckless or careless post or asking questions out of ignorance.

These guys planted from scratch and it takes a typical palm tree 6-8 years to grow (according to findings), yet someone was expecting huge revenue from trees yet to even mature.

One of the plans is to acquire an existing farm which can fast tract things, yet some wouldn't stop have issues over a sector they knew next to nothing about.

Its clear some people are up to something, even when there celebrated forecast said 5 tonnes, he still they talk of 3 tone, after a lot of corrections from me that it's not 3 tonnes.

People chose what will be marketable for them...

For the last time, ellahlakes mill is not 3 tonnes.

Oyel money is real, kiss the truth.

Any long termers, looking for a promising growth company and have high risk tolerance should keep eye on OANDO and ELLAHLAKES.
Watch out for bottoming.

We'll compare notes at the right time again.

Wetin do first bank.
Access sold over 80milliin shares yet no price appreciation abi somebody dey drop?

Aradel also doing serious volume these days with falling prices.

I am seriously confused about where to put small cash wey come my hand via beta glass.
Should i go for more Aradel or add more Seplat.
Both are tempting.
Renaissance just increased production on their new asset by over 100%, while Seplat new ANOH plant will be commissioned next month, also with increased production of both gas and crude.

They are being economical with the truth. So they have written the report in such a way to make informed decision based on the risk

The company must have given the analysts " Thanks for coming" it won't be fair to write them off totally

Wow so you are into oil palm plantation. I have a small piece of land I want to use for same but pple just dey discourage me up to the low returns compared to the huge cost of setting it up.

The one you said produces with 3-4yrs should be the Tenera variety.
But I hear say wayo dey oil business. You may buy them thinking it's the NIFOR Tenera variety only for the thing to stay 6yrs before fruiting.

But the real NIFOR Tenera with good spacing and fertilizer should start fruiting in 3yrs

It is equally obvious my post is bothering u and ur group. I will never stop because u people opinion don't count to me.
All u and them can do is to block me again like u did in the past. And if u have superior figures u present them to counter any forecast.
Any lie or personal attacks will be met with equally response if I want.
In 2019 when telluria marged with kpakus and recieved 1.8 billion OS it was not classified as empty land. It was quantified as a palm farm.
Or u have different information regarding that too
