Also, one thing I've noticed over the years, regarding populist ideologies (redpill, toxic feminism, racist followerships, fascism, etc) is that they thrive among their adherents because they get one thing right - they know how to spot observations accurately. That is why they appear convincing to their adherents.

As an example (using the redpill), are there women who are focused on prioritizing their own interests over that of their men in relationships and who would dump their men for better options despite all prior sacrifices these men may have made for them? Of course!

So, when some men experience this and bump into the redpill, they are instantly drawn to it because it preaches to them a reality which they know is true, having experienced it themselves. Once they've accepted this truth, they tend to accept everything else that follows, as prescribed by the redpill, and the redpill influencers.

And that is where the problem begins.

The fact that an ideology may correctly point out an observation (or a series of observations) to you, doesn't mean that any subsequent conclusions or recommendations it offers are equally correct. That's why redpill teachings like AWALT & spinning plates are just toxic recommendations that lead to more emotional damage in the minds of those seeking healing.

Toxicity is not exclusive to any gender, and I agree with your point that such toxic gender wars are always triggered by the worst of both genders.

I'm just putting this out for young men who are seeking guidance and bump into groups and persons who preach these things;
1. Learn to think and make conclusions for yourself and don't outsource your thinking to these sort of ideologies (whether redpill or feminism). When you consider any recommendations or conclusions, ask yourself these questions "Is this sustainable in the long term? Would this bring about positiveness or lead to more negativity?"

2. Offline there are people chasing their purpose and equally having healthy relationships despite challenges they face (in my own family, my siblings and uncles are enjoying healthy marriages, even those of them struggling financially).

3. Don't be seduced by the traps of teachings of toxic ideologies. There are good women, just as there are good men (so, I'll beat my chest to say NAWALT ). Focus on self improvement and positivity, and avoid negativity. You'll also definitely come across toxic women, and your job should be to avoid them, not waste your time trying to engage in outgaming them (spinning plates, playing mind games, etc). Your time should be spent on better pursuits and building healthy positive relationships with persons of both genders.

Except, no one thinking properly would consider what he wrote as just overcoming lust. Overcoming lust does not mean you have to not like women.
The contrast between what he wrote and what the guy I applauded wrote for example is as wide as the ocean.
