Shouting from now till eternity can't change the fact that meristem forecast you were Hawking with your team is dust. Mcy warned all of you. I have committed myself to always make sure your dusts are put back into your mouths. I get your time well well every day. You are yet to address my questions, especially that 780 na for which year abi for what? ![]() Abi na just to make the company looks bad.. ![]() |

Locotrader:The real issue here is that some people are looking at price to guage the value of the stock while others, like myself, are looking at valuation metrics to value the stock. I personally don't think the company is a fraud but given current market conditions the stock is expensive |

nosa2:That is Ellah's luck.I even expected it above N30 by now. The stocks on the sector where it is listed is over a thousand naira per share. They believe, with time they can do better. The noise makers here are the ones helping Ellah to reposition but they don't know. Those that have the stock should hold it tight. The future is looking very bright for them. Loco is among the people who called Ellah out some months back. They responded to call positively and working on turnaround.I have to succumb and align with them for good. Loco does not have a single unit of Ellah as at August 30.I May have it in September or anytime when I feel to trade it |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Nobody: 7:42pm On Aug 30, 2025 |
I will like this same noise on Ellah to extend to Japaul. September is the month of Japaulgold. There are positive news coming the way of Japaul in weeks ahead. All we need is turnaround news that can turn our misfortune to fortunes. Japaul is a stock that will be rising when other stocks are falling.People will make good money in Japaul in weeks ahead and turnaround will be permanent in the company going forward. Some will make the money, others will tell the stories and noises on it and the rest will be history. |

Funny enough personal attacks does not work for people like me.It has never worked and will not work even in future. I was expecting it with kpakus result because that will be the only defence. I discovered the management to be scam alert long ago.So what price it was then or what it will be in future doesn't bother me. I don't do chop you chop. And don't preach fake information or being an uncontrollable lier I am equal to the syndicate. I now realise the initial private chat was to see if I could be part of the game of shame.Sorry to disappoint the group.I never like what I spit out. The result is a disaster not minding what the price is or could be. People still made money in MMM and cbex....lol |

1. On Ellah Lakes - the directors loan of over 6 billion is a fraudulent scheme that will negatively impact shareholders as it will lead to increased outstanding shares which will be dumped on unsuspecting stock buyers. If you are a moralist, you'll question this. If you have sold your conscience for money then it doesn't really matter. 2. On minimising tax liability - learn to buy and sell at the right time to minimise your tax liability. If your stock appreciates, sell it and move the funds to a stock that doesn't depreciate or move much. To be safe, buy REITS with the proceeds and sell for cash withdrawal from your REIT or less volatile stock. By the time you do the calculation of price at which you bought the less volatile stock and price you're selling less expenses, it's the government that will owe you or your tax will be small or you'll not pay tax at all if your gain from selling through the less volatile stock is within 10 million. No need to adopt western style of using loans cos Nigeria interest rate is over 30% while theirs is less than 10%. 3. On Access - the intrinsic value of the stock is ₦20. If you are a bargain hunter then it's better to wait for price close to this intrinsic value. Remember that bank stocks are like currency, they depreciate over time due to increase in os, so don't be afraid to buy cheap. |

I think those who can't afford Presco or Okomu in large quantities will always see Ellah as cheap alternative. Provided Ellah continues to show that it is making progress and continues to churn out positive news and updates, it will enjoy considerable attention that will positively impact the price. |
