For me, it has to be the transformer one... It's like the transformer from our section back home is attracted to lightnings, almost every year it gets struck by lightning during heavy rainfalls and we'd have to go for a day or at least two days without electricity.

The most painful part of it all is seeing other sections with electricity having their lights on during the night while you're in darkness... Few years back, the whole section suffered a power surge due to a lightning strike and many household electric appliances in our area got damaged... People's phones, laptops, desktops, and TVs, including our family TV and etc got damaged.

But we kept consoling each other by reminding ourselves how we suffered the same loss...

You must be living in my area because just this past Sunday, something like this happened in my street, transformer had problem, and right now, my TV, PS, washing machine, fridge, stabilizer, PC, chargers, bulbs, fans everything got damaged... I still neva heal like this sef grin

I have resolved that issue by getting a small cylinder in my kitchen.

I almost cry that day.
Later collected #200 naira from the pos girl to enter keke. She obliged immediately because she knows me
I was now wondering if this happened in a strange location where I don't know anyone

Data finish?: Even if you get 1000TB if battery no dey your phone, your data is useless.
Gas finish?: some people still dey use their hotplate, it could save them. But me I no get and I cashless transaction most of the time and if battery no dey na yawa be that.
Bank app no dey open? if na to transfer to withdraw you fit use ATM if not your USSD fit work. But if light no dey, how you wan take open bank app?

Hmmm. Nawa o. The problem with electricity in Nigeria now is not peculiar everywhere. I can say boastfully that I enjoy over 12hrs daily where I stay. But I'm not sure is the same everywhere sha.

And on the bank issue, what if you opt for ussd code if app fails to do the work? Just thinking out loud!!!

when it comes to transfer, I always transfer the money before the service to avoid such scenario. Some people will understand but some will not. After fuelling my bike, my app no come dey work. I had to plead with the lady. She collected my number and allowed me to go. When I got home, I had to transfer the money to her.
