I traveled recently and couldn’t help but notice a trend most northerners are now looking rounder and heavier, while in the south, many young people are looking slimmer (even too slim).

Is it food difference? (Tuwo, masa, suya vs rice, bread, pasta).
Is it lifestyle difference? (North being less stressful, South being more fast-paced).
Or maybe just genetics?

What do you think is really going on?

Maybe it's because they're content with what they have.

I mean their people are in control of the country and majority of them are phenotypically good looking, it's a pity they hardly travel outside of their country to share their beautiful genes with the world, unlike certain square head gangs that'd be looking like Mark Henry from the WWE...🤭🤭🤭

But it's good that they're minding their business in their country despite all the hardships, being content with the little that you have can take you a long way.

The face of Nigeria in the universe is Igbos and other soutnerners because that's the people that are seen outside Nigeria. Most Northerners don't travel out of Nigeria, even when they travel out to school, they return back once they graduate.

Some of u guys make so much noise about this traveling thing. As a matter of fact I know that the Yorubas have more population than the Igbos in countries like USA, Canada, Brazil and some of those Caribbeans but they rarely make noise. You guys should learn to tone down a little bit abeg.

The only place yoruba have more population than Igbos is U.K & Brazil.

Igbos are far more than yoruba in U.S.A and Canada.

Even the native U.S blacks have a record of Igbo ancestory more than any other black tribe talk more of the blacks that traveled to U.S.

For brazil, they have more of Yoruba ancestory while Jamaica and Haiti are Igbos.

The only two foreign countries that have more yoruba are U.K and Brazil. Even for Brazil is base on ancestory, blacks that settled centuries ago not travelers
