I tried logging into my whatsapp and it keep showing that message
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but nothing has changed
Even used whatsapp business still nothing changed
What is the problem?

Downloaded it from play store
But yet it is still saying the same thing

1. Delete the WhatsApp currently on your device.
2. Completely clear your cache.
3. Download and install WhatsApp from Google Play Store.

Try that. I had a similar issue. One is working and I’ve let go of the other one.

Please tell me you are not using samsung A series or any transsion device.

My WhatsAppbusiness has been telling me to update my WhatsApp every 15days now.
Seems there is something wrong.
I use a Samsung A15

If it's an oppo phone then oppo heytap security has locked the phone because it was stolen so to bypass it the people that sent it to Nigeria wiped the IMEI so heytap won't track it, but Whatsapp won't work with a phone that doesn't have imei so take the phone to oppo service centre at ikeja and tell them that your phone doesn't have imei, that it's a software error, they will fix it for 15k or so

If it's not an oppo phone then dial *#06#, if you don't see anything then your phone doesn't have imei

It's because it's a rooted phone. Format and reinstall the apps or simply by a brand new phone if you don't want that stress because it's coming back again even after formatting

No be new problem.

The solution is to buy a good and genuine phone. That is what solved my own situation.
