I proceeded to create a UKVI account based on info I got here. I was able to create the account, I was give the unique reference number and was asked to link my passport. Does this mean approval? I'm yet to link my passport. Will try this morning and see what happens. Thanks all

What airline did you use?

PHC is the closest to me. Otherwise,I'll pack my kaya to Lagos. That journey is so stressful.
If you have used PHC, please share the airline and your experience.

And also,my lectures is starting on the 22nd of this September,but I’m planning to book my flight by 29th sept because of some circumstances..how do I go about informing the school about it or what proper excuse would be good for late resumption ??..

So, i just did something now based on one of the comments in this thread. I created an account on Ukvi and on signing in, i saw the 'Link your e-visa to your account'. Clicked on it and it proceeded to link. Had to stop because i don't have my passport here. I have not gotten any mail yet as regards approval but i feel my application has been approved. Did my biometrics on the 21st of August. Maybe yall should try it and drop feedback here

No, they didn't
They only sent the delay mail

It took me two days to attempt the process with my Samsung Galaxy A16 LTE. When I borrowed an iPhone 15 from my family, the process was smooth and it took no more than 10 minutes to successfully link and receive my e-visa.

Did paid email on Friday, they said a decision has been made. Didn't trust it and called today and they said same thing...

Why havent they sent official email with the decision. Do I go ahead with the linking stuff without the visa successful email?

Thanks for your response. I have tried with with iPhone 13 for over 24 hours now. It not going through. Maybe I will look around for iPhone 15 be that.

they plenty all is about 11 to 18k pounds. If you have the money for tuition fee, getting admission is not a problem for UK universities, just apply to about 3 or 4 and your admission is sure.

It is not a scholarship but a funding at Oxford university, you will apply for PhD position for research then get the admission and apply for funding in different sources. My research is in medical sciences under Medical research council.
