The house is a prefab (metal frame, plasterboard walls).

Is it possible to replace the walls with block/bricks with having to leave the house for months?

Please explain what you mean. Do you mean block walls, or is it wooden walls, some people even use plasterboard as wall separator?

Each flat will have;
1 Living room
1 Dining room
1 Visitors W/C
2 Verandas (One in front of the living room and one at the back, backing the dining room)
1 Kitchen
3 Bedrooms, (one of them is a masters bedroom, en suite with wardrobe
1 Central lobby

Construction conditions include the start of a the foundation till roofing is completed, all building materials, workmanship and supervision, with the following;

1. Plastering, dressing and window hoods
2. Parapet
3. aluminium roofing sheets
4. POP ceilings
5. Casement windows with burglars proof
6. Iron doors external and wooden internal doors with keys
7. All floors tiles
8. Bathroom/kitchen walls tiled till top window level
9. Plumbing pipes and sanitary wares
10. Soak away system
11. Electrical piping, wiring, electrical fittings
12. Internal and external paintings and industrial cleaning 

Total Cost - N80m.

OTHER CONDITIONS.
There might be need for a cost review if the land requires additional work on the foundation, but this will depend on the extent of work needed. Each situation will be considered on a case by case basis, and the final cost agreed. There might also be situations that can bring about a reduction in the cost of building this house, but only after an on-site inspection. This costing does not include the fence or compound works as we don't have your size of land now.

To build a 10 flat, 4 storey building of 3 bedroom flats in this current price regime will take about N380m for everything from site preparation, purchase of materials, workmanship and supervision, transportation and general site management.

But the price may differ according to location and actual building materials used.
