crownprince2017:You can't even hide your inborn h@te even in an investment platform If you're sens!ble, you should focus on the person you're having issue with, rather than insulting the entire region. |

Redoil:But not denying other people experiences just because you want to discredit government policies other see working. For example when people make references to a reduction in prices especially when they are more than one n u had a contrary opinions, I believed it make sense to mention your region and attributes the bad experience. Some months ago I said I bought rice at 62k n someone was quick to say he bought the same at 70k, can you attributes the blame to government? I'm just asking you. Today, rice is less than 60k both in kwara n oyo state. |

Streetinvestor2:* Remember the general and official resumption/closing office hour is 5pm.... * How then can this be efficiently monitored and controlled without some element of manipulations along the line? * Did they consider that it's humans and not robots that still works in the system...... Will there now be official closing time extension or what? * Besides, like Agba said, it's going to be very long and boring..... It's the time market is in bearish mode that we'll all know scores.... lol ** Na the ones I remember now be that... 😊 |

"We pay 52% of revenue from our cement business as taxes to government "– Aliko Dangote The President of Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote, has said that the group’s cement company pays 52% of its taxes as revenue, with the government collecting 52 kobo from various taxes out of every N1 it turns around. This was made known by Dangote during a press briefing at Dangote Refinery, where he stated that the government collects more money than what the company shareholders take as dividends. Africa’s richest man also noted that the federal government collects 10% withholding tax from the dividends that shareholders are paid, leaving them with a balance of 90%. https://nairametrics.com/2025/09/16/we-pay-52-of-revenue-from-our-cement-business-as-taxes-to-government-aliko-dangote/

chimex38:Yes, but since it's 100% remote, we don't mind 😁😁😁 After you place orders, you can go about your other dealings. And the only appraisal you get is just how high or low your funds grow, so no dealing with bad vibes, bootlicking or office politics. Sweet job! If you target 100k gains for the day and you make it by 10:15, you can simply close for the day! I love it! |

Streetinvestor2:* We don't have technically and traditionally. * We can't be comparing ourselves to the countries trading for 7hrs or more, do we have in place the technology that calls for that? * Do we have upgraded facilities, technical know-how that can make it seamless if we're comparing ourselves to the advanced economies? * Just recently, we were all complaining about the delayed data in NGX, whereby data of 10.05 for instance will be showing around 10.20.......confusing traders 😁 * Do you know up till today it's still happening.....and someone mentioned that we have to contact our broker to include us in the fast data plan or so....lol * Remember we still have analogue mode of trading in vogue... * I never even siddon to reason am well well, but na the ones wey just come my mind now I dey talk. * The question is: are we ready for that?.....in fact, before such proposition should become public, it must have been 85/90% tested and trusted...... |

crownprince2017:My brother, let him cut o. Like speedily sef. Who 27.5% epp?? At 35% inflation we could maybe understand the justification. 5 consecutive months of below 25% inflation is sufficient to demand a cut. Isn't the 27.5% dilutionary? Why aren't we speaking on that effect? Money whose supply increases by 27% every would be worth less na, compared to once whose supply only increases by 5% The annoying part is even them thinking it'd the 27.5 that's working. Id you need FPI money, keep OMO bills at 23% yields for them na, that doesn't mean your benchmark rates can't be dropped to 18% How about reducing current debt yields by one-third and then saving perhaps N5trn in cost of debt servicing. How about allowing businesses enjoy some relief in their finance cost. My brother!!!! That Cardoso own, I have opinion o. A very strong opinion, and it's that he needs to start cutting, we need benchmark rates at 18% or lower before H2 '26. Please agree. |
