TRIPPLEG 2024 BONUS ISSUE....Update For those that qualified for the 2024 bonus issue and are wondering what's happening.... * I sent mail to GTL Registrars to provide update on it and I got the reply that SEC is yet to approve it, even till now. ![]() ** My observation: * The said bonus already reflected in TrippleG's 2025 financials (i.e. the bonus is already added to their 2025 financials), already added on NGX page, and, the bonus is already reflecting in the substantial shareholder's holdings. * I mentioned this in my mail but no explanation could be given by the registrar aside that SEC is still delaying the approval. * @Street, you can see that SEC still have a lot to take care of and put in place, not just to be adding another unsustainable feat to their achievements.... ![]() |

Global & Local Macro Drivers Economic growth is expected to expand, driven by a vibrant services sector and increased oil production. However, inflation and food insecurity remain persistent challenges. Globally, there is a push for a trade truce, which could support the global economy, but heightened geopolitical uncertainties and trade policy shifts, such as new US tariffs, pose potential risks. Geopolitical & Policy Watch Local policy focus continues to be on consolidating macroeconomic stability and igniting inclusive growth. The government is urged to improve fiscal discipline and invest in human capital and infrastructure. Regionally, a Southwest Geopolitical Summit is in the works to address shared challenges of insecurity and economic hardship. Globally, geopolitical tensions and shifting international trade policies are being closely watched, as they could impact investor sentiment. 6. GENERAL NEWS AFFECTING SOME SPECIFIC STOCKS I. this just shows that greatest reform to succeed in any venture in Nigeria is not the government policy, enabling environment or general overhead support. But reforming the internal cabals who sometimes publicly admit the value of the reforms but insist internally on old status-quo. The reforms present themselves as seamless but any businessman in such sector will have to fight some of the reform creators physically..how ironic. ![]() That's why we have good and wonderful policies across sectors but implementation requires fighting custodians and other powers of the so called "great reform".. When you succeed, the custodians are still expected to take all the glory for producing a wonderful reform? Unfortunately it only takes businessmen with at most relatively low skeletons in their cupboard to fight for the soul of such reforms to succeed. Otherwise they blackmail or rope you in.. Mining and Ranching should be a hot cake by now despite creating ministry of Livestock and intense Mining focus by FG since the first 2yrs of this administration. NUPENG wanting subsidy in trillions/yr? I laff in French. Dem wan wreck this DR.. |

yMcy56:Zenith paid ₦1 last year, so that’s about a 25% increase. It should slowly push past ₦70, and possibly ₦100 (which is my fair value). |
