Save for a few beautiful souls, majority of us humans are like a cancer eating deep into the balance of mother nature.

Of all life forms on earth, the human being has caused the most catastrophic events, we damage everything with our selfishness and greed - capitalism and co wrecking havoc to the balance of the ecosystem - a single man becoming billionaire at the expense of thousands to millions of other co-humans existing alongside him

Why does the average human seek power, wealth beyond them? Do they seek to take the affluence garnered here to the grave? Do they seek to bribe their way to a better place after leaving earth?

Why is the average human being so inherently evil, why are we such insatiable creatures?

I believe earth would definitely be a better place without our existence. Us humans - majority actually are selfish and entitled. We believe so much that the resources of the earth belongs to us, but what about the creatures in our midst? Have you ever taught about how we continue to destroy the balance on earth?

Back in the day, I was of the notion that animals were void of souls unlike us humans but the more I try to study animal behaviours the more I am convinced that the animals we mistreat, kill for food possess souls like you and I. And to be honest the epiphany hit me hard.

In conclusion, I strongly believe mother earth would fare better without us humans around to pollute it with our selfish desires and greed.

Now over to you. What do you think?

I am of the opinion that humans are not created by 1 divine being, rather humans are created by several manufacturers.
That's why we have some humans who are good, some humans who are evil. We have others who are kind and generous while other have different characteristics.

Don't get me wrong, this does not mean there is no singular "ultimate being"; there is but he probably gave the project of creation to see the kind of things that could be created. Then we all share earth and see if we can coexist.

I personally believe people who create wars and diseases deliberately can not be from the same creator. They are evil

Easy, before humans the universe went through cataclysmic events, those events produced cosmic dust that elements that made us came from... humans can not destroy the earth, we only extinct ourselves, the earth will be here, it's greatest threat is the almighty Sun.

Something like that. This earth is a solid rock...we can't destroy it, we only destroy ourselves.

I agree with you. Humans have lost perspective as to who we are in this creation. We think we are the crown of creation and every other creature is here to serve us, but we are just one more creature amidst billion of creations.
In our unbridled quest for comfort, convenience and power, we have destroyed about half of the planet and if we continue like this, one day we will have no planet left but I fear that before we get to that stage, the planet itself will retaliate by perhaps throwing out a deadly disease or a natural disaster that would wipe out most of humanity.

No doubt that technology has made our lives much more comfortable than we had it 500 years ago but that has happened and is happening at the expense of our wellbeing. The quality of air we breathe has become abysmally low and even poisonous. The water we drink is polluted, and we now eat chemicals as food. So this is the stupid civilization we all crave for?
We are like a man sitting on a tree branch facing the tree and trying to cut the branch, if we succeed we fail.
