Good afternoon. Nice to read some of the comments here I have a car that was already "on load order" at Jacksonville via Grimaldi. The ship has left Jacksonville since 29th but the tracker has not changed to "loaded". Is it possible the car was not loaded after it had already been permitted to load? |

valarinz:Update: it sailed and has arrived Nigeria but I have been waiting for Innglo x Grimaldi to send telex release since 6 days now but it is always "it has not dropped" I keep getting from Innglo agent. |

Seeking advice on a delayed car shipment. I have a vehicle has been booked at Jacksonville port since April 24, 2025, and was permitted to load on April 30, 2025. However, there's been no update on the tracking since then, and it's now June 9, 2025. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? What steps can I take to get an update on the status of my shipment? I'd appreciate any guidance or insights on how to proceed....Thank you |

Hello, greetings house. I have a vehicle in good shape and all that is to be shipped via grimaldi. I was tracking it before and everything was all good. It showed “On load order” and expected sailing date and arrival kept shifting. Last I checked it was 28th of September to arrive.. 13th of October thereabout. All of a sudden, “on load order” doesn’t show any more and the time of sailing and arrival has changed to 31st December. What could be the issue? |

Domlayomi:What port did u drop off ur car.mine was at freeport texas..omo My GLE has been on permitted to load since February 13th nawa o...I won't ever use grimaldi again |

TheBTCinvestor:Freeport Texas. N it’s showing voyage TBA n dated 31/12/2026. It’s was meant to come with grande Cotonou before they changed the date n the ship to tba. So tiring |
