Actually I believe that the Tax man and the law are two parallel lines.
The taxman has a duty to collect tax.
The law has a duty to ensure that income is generated within the confines of the law.

PS: the church is not exclusively for holy people just like the hospital is not exclusively for healthy people... smiley
Ther'er appropriate and inappropriate topics, times and places, in human conversations. Sensibilities and sensitivities need to be respected.
Going into the Church to legitimize sin and provoke the faithfuls to meditate on sin is plain satanic.

I am not preaching but sharing my thoughts and free speech. There is a thousand decent analogies the tax man could have used to explain his mission inside the Church.

You should ask the tax man why he decided to use that call girl example.. he's the one creating the impression
To define service to the common man through a relatable example.
Like I said before, the Bible used this same example repeatedly without apology from NT to revelation to explain worship of other gods.
There could as well be other examples.
But when explaining sth that is intangible like Service or Godly worship to a common man, one needs to be as relatable as possible and not purely academic or spiritual.

watch the video.
It wasn't a church service.
Just the venue used.
The Holy Bible is also full of such examples just to pass down a message for easy discernment purposes to the people.

It's difficult to explain what "service" entails and doesn't entail to a common Nigerian cuz its an intangible product.
That was the essence.

The bolded is hilarious 😂

Do you really think those set of people he mentioned are not members of a church? (Note that a church is NOT the building but the people).

Are you saying it is wrong to organize seminars on s**x education, r@pe and the likes inside the church building OR doing so will make the 'faithfuls' meditate on it?

Like I said earlier [paraphrased], the church is a holy place where unholy people congregate... smiley

Can you leverage the NGX as a developing market and use compound interest to solve money problems down the line? Here’s a proof of concept: you just had a child and your plan is to give her the best education and life possible. You have ₦6 million in cash. You know that won’t go far, so you come to this thread. Unlike many people who want to double or triple their money with huge risks, you have 10 years incubation and want steady, minimal risk.

You start with 35%. It’s not much, but if you can get it consistently year after year, it’s very doable. In the beginning it’s easier, but as your capital grows, you can drop to 30%, then 25%, and eventually 20% per year. After 10 years, you step down to a consistent 15% annually, which can give you a steady ₦10 million every year withdrawal.

Of course, we also pray leaders like Tinubu don’t jack up inflation again. Less stress—simply using fundamental analysis and matching it with information in this space. Don’t have ₦6 million? Then start with ₦3 million. Ten years down the line, you’ll have ₦5 million earning at consistent 15% per year.
