What kind of business are you into? And would you be willing to hire someone to help keep track of this for you? I can easily do this for you for very affordable fee every other month. How can one reach out to you?

Okay. It's still doable. All you have to do is present me with the information you want recorded and what not. This would be done on a daily, perhaps if you had someone over there to keep track of these things daily and they hand them over to me .I'll create a system where I'll be able to automate the process. Keep things updated at the end of every sales day. I hope you understand. I take it that you've got a sales boy or girl working with you ATM?

I forgot to clarify, we dont necessarily need to be in the same state. All you need do is to provide me with the important information you need to be recorded. I would in turn process these into data that can be updated automatically on every sales day. So distance is not a problem and you can trust me to provide you with efficient service. All I need for you to do is to give me a trial.

Write in every inflows and out flows and get one book where u put down the names of debtors and phone numbers and possibly their residence and amount owed and how much they have paid.

This would enable u to always put a call across to them when u are less busy.

Just get book and start.
