awesomeJ:
September inflation at 18.02

We expect another 300- 500bps cut next month.
They should retain rates biko or slight reduction.

They trying to achieve close to single digit inflation by year end. Let's see what will happen

Is this because you're heavy in fixed income?

Cos 27% really helps no one.

The days of 11% MPR need to return.

So inflation dropped from 20 plus to 18.05 based on what .What price has dropped since the past one month
This government is the worst in the history of nigeria walahi. It is obviously they are just bringing down the numbers because of election and not reality on the street

It is calculated using apc/Tinubu metrics and not reality in the pockets of Nigerians. They should tell us the things which price changed in the last month

Are there people here who have shares in Briclinks Africa Plc or Ronchess Global Resources Plc? If Yes, how were you able to buy it? Their shares are never traded or reported by the Open market. What kind of stocks are they exactly, and what are their roles in this stock market?

Also. No one wants to live in the same house and drive the same car for 20 years because Seventy years of discipline doesn’t look sexy on social media.

No one wants to trade their first 70 years for what’s remaining after 70. No one cares if an old person is rich.

i might not agree with you but i will defend your right to say whatever you want to say.
i usually encourage people who do not understand how to use fundamentals to stay with NIDF, for the chances of recouping your initial invested amount before 4 years and 3 months is very possible.
Now after this bull run and after tunubu might have rig himself for second term i challenge anybody including Locotrader and nosa my 15% mentor to mention one stock with 100% certainty that you can buy and recover your initial invested money within 5 years both in dividend and price appreciation
ogawisdom:
Paying dividends is not enough if capital won't grow. Most stocks that paid dividends have increased their stock price by over 60% since January but NIDF didn't move even during bull run.

Instead of NIDF just buy 10 years bond if you only want cash flow without capital growth. You are wrong on 23 should be less than 20.5 since January.

CWG I bought at 9 four months ago is over 18 now and may touch 25 soon.

If I had invested 10m it's over 20m in less than 6months. It's called capital growth

Let's remember that lower inflation figures does not mean that prices are reducing or dropping in the market.
It only means that even though prices are increasing, the rate of increment is lower compared to prior year i.e. prices are increasing at a decreasing rate.

Very simple, all companies with backwards integration at almost maturity level will do 100% within that time frame and I'm betting on sugar for that period.

I believed VFD will do 100% in that time frame.

Fidson and transcorp are other candidates.

Let me stop here.
