I’m happy I found your post. I’ve been thinking about setting up a bakery for a while now and I’m going all in this new year. I intend to purchase 9 trays oven with half bag capacity. I know a lot depends on groundwork and many other things put in place but I will like to ask some questions regardless. How many loafs of bread do you think is feasibly marketable for a new bakery ( I live in Ibadan). I mean, for a new bakery opening, what number of sales daily should one project. Do you think establishing road side sales points will help? I will like to read from you. Thanks
