The Bottom line is: he made huge gain in the NGX.
Anybody can be fortunate to make big money in the capital market irrespective of which govt is in power, even without any serious govt. policies or reforms.

Then answer this: what is the number and percentage of people who have made huge gains in the NGX compared to people who are now suffering and pushed into poverty since this govt came to power?.

I can only praise a govt based on the bigger picture, not the small picture.

That is why we have a responsibility to inform people around us about the wealth creating ability of the stock market

Some of us started with less than N5000 few years ago and now have portfolios valued at hundreds of millions of Naira at the minimum, some have more than that.


By the way N30 million in 2023 is less than $70,000 and N250 million in 2025 is now over $170,000

I don't doubt anybody because I can testify to some of my wins in the market.

It might be luck sha, but when preparation meets opportunity one will definitely be lucky

I accumulated Nahco in 2020 during the lockdown at N2.50k had to sell some units after making 200% in a little over 2 years.

I called out the stock again in January 2023 and started buying again in fact the proceeds from the sale of a property was invested in Nahco and Presco.

If the guy who turned N30 million in 2023 to N250 million in 2025.

If he had bought Nahco with his N30 million in 2023 he would have grown his portfolio to over N400 million in October 2025

Street was condemning the market performance under Tinubu my take is that ,it's not a fair criticism.
Of course people are suffering under this administration, I am a farmer and very close to the grassroots.
But I still insist the two main policies that caused the hardship subsidy removal n floating of the Naira, I supported it cos both were not sustainable.

I am condemning this government in totality in handling the macro economics of this country.So ur anger can increase more which I don't care.Many Nigerians are now living in hunger and poverty. And many don't have the opportunity to exploit others in the sales of poultry produce as low as poultry waste which use to be free or #200 but now 1k a bag

The limit of someone's ''opportunities'' may be the beginning of another one's opportunities.
The mango seller, groundnut seller, bus conductor, the pure water hawker etc. are all taking advantage of ''opportunities'' in the economy.

Let us remember that fingers are not equal! The NGX is just an opportunity for a few learned, informed, fortunate ones

That u started with that 5k was because u had something left after meeting ur basic needs. That is not happening to many with this failed government. Then u still enjoyed somethings free or subsidized to make u have something left.Many homes are struggling to feed and pay medical bill at different time.i will never accept it is thr fault .
To treat a child malaria was never a cost burden to many families then.
My oga u can't be hungry and be taking about investment. Let stop making it look easy to have extra now to save for many low and middle class

My village is in Ogun State, we have some Chinese manufacturing plants and businesses in the village, but in the last 2 years all of them have expanded their capacities and new businesses sprang up. They are seeing what majority of us are not seeing.

And the businesses they are into are so boring, I guess there must be huge profits in those boring businesses.

Just like NGX banking sector is for predictable dividends except for Access Bank that disappointed, the money making businesses on NGX are doing boring businesses and they are making big return on equity and high net profit margin

The opportunities is not for many who are living to feed families, pay school fees in private schools because government schools are completely dead,pay all hospital bills/drugs which have gone over the roof,rents,transport etc.The government hospitals are now just consulting hospitals. U pay for everything like madness or u are directed to go out to get the lab test or buy the drug.
When I started participating on ngx it was like my savings account for extra money I didn't need.

My brother it's even more than N1k, I have ones I am selling N5k and it's because it's off season, by March, start of planting season it can be less than 12k and guess what it's a win , win situation for both the crop n the poultry farmers.

You are right.
But do you know the deliberate policies that the Chines govt implements to support its citizens even in foreign countries?
Are you aware these Chinese entrepreneurs get credit and loans at ridiculously cheap interest rates from their banks in China?
Nigerians can also do better if we get support from govt. But I agree that we need to put in more efforts generally speaking.

Food is not coming from family and friends because they don't equally have extra to give out.I don't believe u whr fasting or staving to save.Do u know thr was a time u could go to take few things from someone farm just to eat and it won't be termed stealing. As long as u are not going to take them to sell.U could pick fallen fruits freely in people tree plants and it will cause no problem in my village. No u are a thief if u try it

The person buying it from u is stupid. Why won't he go buy fertiliser. That thing that ends up introducing fungi infections to u crops if u are not observant on time..It is 1k for feed size bag because I used it in my plantain farm
