I am a 24 year old man who has never dated before.
I noticed that my primary sexual characteristics, specifically my D, didn’t grow during puberty.

Early this year, I did hormone tests and they all came out normal. Though testosterone was low-normal(3.8 ng/mL in a range of 3 - 10).

You wrote all this and failed to tell us the main thing which is your Deek size in inches. Reveal that information and we'll know if you're small or average. And whether or not you should be worried.

Truth is most guys always feel their stuff is too small until they research and discover that they're within average. This might just be your case.

You are just 24-years-old. Why not give yourself some more time to really grow to accepting who you are(your body included) before you go out chasing after women and stuff? Prioritize self-love over romantic love so you can develop the shield necessary to keep you from breaking down when attacked by others for your body.

Self-confidence, stemming from deep self-awareness and self-love, can and should be your best weapon when pursuing romantic love.
