Lol u sabi if strategic investor with that kind money dey come.That means chuka and his management team days are numbered like the case of japaul sand abi Tantalizer.
On another note the new guys managing Tantalizer are doing wonderful job.I was at one of the turned around outlet and it was wonderful and the sales happening was good.They added shopping centre and local buka to it.So u have 3 sections u could patronise

I never concluded that ELLAHLAKES is a bad investment, I only read that from you. But it is clear to investors already that the management are gamers of which I see their games as a way to achieve their growth goals not necessarily for fraud.
Chuka want investors to keep being upbeat about ELLAHLAKES before the company arrives at his projected destination. It is obvious he is taking steps to get there amidst his theatrics and I don't see anything stopping him. There are so many ways to the top and he is following one of them

The primary reason for registration of securities is to ensure that investors are given all the relevant information to guide them to make a realistic
evaluation of the merits of the securities and to decide whether or not to buy and at what price. Approval of listings is mostly a check-the-box function.

Whatever you think of Ellah Lake's prospects, you should definitely not read from the SEC's approval of the offer that the company can attract the desired funding.

It is different thing.Sec can not stop any listed company which has no issues from raising fund.The Dan food had issues because the rice company was not in existence. So they saw scam in it.If they give u approval does not mean u can raise the fund. When established financial crime happens. SEC can sanction the company or delist it.And efcc can take over.
Like what will happen with kpakus....na joke oh
I hope u know the owners of the business must approve it which is the most important aspect to SEC.So once management gets approval from shareholders. That area is solved because SEC expect the owners of the business to have done the right DD before passing it.If shareholders reject it SEC won't approve

Explanation: I placed order for GTCO @ 85.80 and itrader shows it got filled at same price but on my portfolio Morgan is showing that I bought same at 86.82 while my break even price (cost of purchase inclusive) is 88.17.

Please where is the extra #1.22 coming from?
