I have checked the records, we used up to 400 bags of cement to plaster this whole house, ceilings, inside, outside and dressing works of windows and doors etc

I was on a WhatsApp group and there was a conversation about someone building a house to hold off on the final wiring and electrical fittings until everything is done and the house is painted .. so after wiring ,then tenants start moving in..

Is this method advisable?

with what I have seen on sites, I will suggest he waits until painting is done so he can know the number of people on site and which team to hold responsible. This is very important especially if there's no security man living on the site

Yes, especially where wire theft is a big risk. But I would rather the do the wiring as soon as doors and windows are secured, prior to painting. I have had too many cases of wire theft, and most of the cases had to do with workers that were working at the site.

They are good, for some time at least. They are good for low use areas, or buildings where the occupiers don't come in often.

Thanks for the response, I later settled for the metal type.
Please, I got a quotation for shower head, pole and mixer seperately, is combination more reliable than buying a complete set of shower or just a way to get it cheaper? I noticed they are cheaper than complete set in some cases.
