I am happy with some of the valuations and I am fully in the market. I still hold some cash but I don't think I will need to deploy it. Basically I think we are at the bottom

Calling a market bottom is a fool's errand. By the time you see a clear bottom, the uptrend is well on its way.

We might not see an immediate rally but look at valuations in the banking sector. Zenith bank with no forbearance issue, no fx over hang, audited 6 month results that can be trusted is trading at a p.e of like 2.5, access in the same situation is trading at a p.e of like 2. My brother if this market like make e do wetin e wan do. Valuations in the banking are screaming only one story and I am very happy to hold at these prices.

I am not bullish on the rest of the market but with regards to the banking sector I don't see us falling much further. Then again I am not investing with house rent or chop money so I can wait a very long time
