What's driving IKEJA HOTELS please? The price has been going up the past few days.

According to analysts, the value is over 50 naira.
The price is low due to family issues in the company and the stock is illiquid.

Ikeja Hotel is fully booked from September till March next year. That's massive cash flow 👌

Abeg what does this mean? I filled their e-dividend mandate a few days ago because of Aradel (since the one I did on NiBBS doesn't appear to be working).

Hypothetically speaking, you are saying Nigeria should've lost 2 oil wells if the story had been true Happy to know it ain't but full compensation, allocation of another suitable/similar parcel of land and enough time to harvest and relocate is what would've been fair . Not a country foregoing 2 oil wells!

Many reason the same way as you do. For God's sake we are talking of 2 oil wells and not 2 oil blocks.

2 oil wells can more that conveninently be located and functional in less that 10% of the over 13 thousand hecters of land that Presco owns. They both can coexist together. If this was true, then its more about the message being passed (that any business or enterprise could be closed down at any mood swing of any governor) than profitting from 2 wells. This ould have further driven away foreign and local investments.

Think about it in this light.

I developed a strategy on Japaul oooooo.
Since I believe it will deliver,I have been averaging down till date.
My average entry price is now 2.33.
I even have a fresh 5m units of Japaul I bought at 2.03-2.08 with Atlas portfolios.
Japaul at any support junction is a buy for Loco and win win at last
I believe in Japaul till June 2026.
