For those who will like to know what Japaulgold stock is saying technically. No doubt, the stock responds to Santa Claus bull although Japaulgold is technically bearish at the moment. Below are the resistance levels as 2.03 support holds strong. 2.15-2.20.This is a psychological level which was attained yesterday.(Keep eyes here on Monday) The next level is 2.28-2.32(sellers are parked here) If 2.28-2.32 holds, you will see a strong resistance driven by volume at 2.40-2.45 region. Keep your eyes on the breakout level. This is when the stock hits 2.55-2.60 All these will happen in this season.choose your exit level and plan your trade and trade your plan. This is only for upcoming Japaulgold traders. Happy weekend |

sterlingD:If you read between the lines you will realise they don't have any intention of reducing it. He said the reduction will come in 2026, by then we are all trapped so if you wait till 2026 you pay whatever they decide to collect. He just gave us a hint that they will take 25%. |

You can apply either directly at NGX Invest online or through one of the authorized brokers (most brokers are) and banks. If you apply through your broker, you pay the money to them (they may charge a fee, see below). Per the Rights Circular: "Existing Shareholders can participate in the Rights Issue through any of the electronic application channels: NGX Invest Platform. The NGX Invest Platform can be accessed at https://invest.ngxgroup.com/ and is available to all shareholders to participate in the Rights Issue and authorized Receiving Agents listed on page 54 of this Rights Circular to submit applications on behalf of shareholders. Details of your allotment are set out on all the electronic application channels and also on the Rights Application Form provided on pages 55 to 56 of the Rights Circular. Shareholders who elect to complete a Rights Application Form can submit same to a Receiving Agent who will be required to submit an electronic application on the behalf of the existing Shareholders. "Application Forms may be obtained free of charge from banks, stockbrokers, post offices, local government authorities and other designated distribution outlets. Completed Application Forms must be submitted to any of the under listed Receiving Agents duly registered as capital market operators by the SEC and to whom brokerage will be paid at the rate of ₦0.20 per ₦100 worth of shares allotted in respect of the Application Forms bearing their official stamps.... "The Company and Issuing Houses cannot accept responsibility for the conduct of any of the [Receiving Agents] listed below. Investors are therefore advised to conduct their own enquiries before choosing an agent to act on their behalf. Evidence of lodgement of funds at any of the Receiving Agents listed below, in the absence of corresponding evidence of receipt by the Issuing Houses, cannot give rise to a liability on the part of the Issuing Houses under any circumstances." gabscity: |

gabscity:Make a payment to your stockbroker's collection account, and send both the completed form and evidence of payment to them. Alternatively, if you have money in your trading account, send only the completed form and instruct that the cost of your right issue be debited from your account. Please note that stockbrokers or regulators don't charge for primary market activities from investors except you use a third-party payment system like Flutterwave or Interswitch. The charges for RI or PO are paid by the company undergoing a capital raise; the company raising capital has budgeted an amount for capital raise expenses. The commission paid to collecting agents - stockbrokers, etc, is part of these expenses. |

| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by KarlTom: 9:49pm On Nov 29, 2025 |
Depending on your broker, the charges might make the final cost price more than the RI price... ![]() deathwing: |

KarlTom:Ah I see. Makes sense especially when the floor price and RI price are converging. I bought at 1356 instead of RI so I hope I didn’t do too badly |

Be careful with these penny stocks being peddled around here at this time. Technically, they're not looking good. Some people are seriously bleeding in them and are looking for escape route. You might get dumped on. I don talk my own oh! |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by jonnysessy(m): 6:58am On Nov 30, 2025 |
deathwing:You got a good bargain. You definitely bought cheaper than the right issue even when you add the broker's commission. But, when you buy at N1400 on the floor, you are buying about the RI ( when you factor in the broker's commission) . But, the beautiful thing is that you have your shares credited immediately. The RI price is just too high, and i suspect one can get it cheaper on the floor immediately after the offer. Presco no just try. |

But if it's in Nigeria, NGX for don drop 10% daily. We know our problems(bandits and terrorists) we know we find have the solution and we won't seek or allow assistance. |

ASI performance from 2014 to 2025 using the 4 years presidential election cycle. Pre-election year (pink) - 2014, 2018, 2022 - ASI down tredn 2, neutral 1 Election year (green) - 2015, 2019, 2023 - 2 down, 1 up. 70% down, 30% up Post election year (yellow) - 2016, 2020, 2024 - 2 neutral, 1 up. 70% neutral, 30% up 2 years after election (blue) - 2017, 2021,2025 - 3 up. 100% up and has always been the best years in ASI so far. I couldn't do more back teasting because tradingview on showed ASI histroy up till 2014. I will have to check up other platforms that have more histroy unless ASI histroy started in 2014.

Looking at the year-to-date of ASI, there is a believe by some experts that major indexes like S & P 500, ASI etc rises and bottoms with Astronomical cycles like the Luna cycle ( full and new moon). The moon average 28 days cycle. It is a short term cycle for short term trades In other words, Indexes/stocks have a way of reacting and responding to the Luna cycle by rising and falling on new and full moons. More research can be carried out by individual equity analyst.
