I don't want to rush to call them bad people. Why do they have to say that?

My advice, do not gossip people behind them. After good morning or good afternoon, do your work and face your life. There is no friendship at work just talking people.

Be very good at what you do that you become indispensable, so their hate will be like a water on a ducks feather. You shake it off.

Or you leave the job.

Hate is a very strong word. Always be far from anyone that hates you. Proximity is protection. Let people hate you from far, not the opposite.

Times like that are usually a wake up call as everyone cannot really hate you at the same time. Its either they are all bad or you are just a horrible person. Try to see your job as just a job, its not your life especially for a job that your colleagues don't like you. If faking it will give you a little bit of grace from others then play the game but make sure you don't lose yourself in the process because there are too many yes men in workplaces.

The same thing I told one of my colleagues. My former HOD at workplace believed that if more than two people testify against you ,then you are guilty. In his little mind, he never believed in conspiracy. Poor soul like him.

No matter the amount I am being paid I can't stay in a toxic environment. Na who dey alive dey find money.

When you are the most hated person, just know you are the most valuable and reliable person at your job.

But search yourself though, to know wedar you are really a bad person. But the truth is, if you always do needful(good heart) and be hardworking with your job but you tend to always mind your business and because of staying on your track they hate you, then you are okay and forget about them
