The word RAPTURE is nowhere in God's word but i think i can relate with what you are trying to say because the Bible confirmed that a limited number of humans will be taken to heaven with Jesus as his corulers {1Thessalonians 4:16-17} Jesus said these people are no longer coming back because they will be there forever as spirit creatures {Luke 20:34-36} and he will go and prepare a place for them {John 14:1-3} because God never purposed for humans to live in heaven! Psalms 115:16

So while this limited number are taken to heaven Jesus will make sure his other disciples {John 10:16} who are not part of his corulers are safe on planet earth {Matthew 5:5 compare to Psalms 37:7-11} the reason why God's word refer to those taken to heaven as SAVED is later revealed in the Bible book of Revelation 20:5-6 and it's because after the 1,000 years reign of Christ Jesus and his 144,000 corulers Satan who has been locked up will be released as he claimed that no human can remain faithful to God under test {Job 1:9-11} at that time all inhabitants of planet earth would have become perfect just like Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden with no lacking that is when Satan will be let loosed to come and test them and whatever anyone chooses to do at that time will serve as judgement because all those who followed Satan will be destroyed along with Satan! Revelation 20:15

a soul
a body
a spirit

The body is made of or from clay soil

The spirit is from God made of or from fire equivalent to God's spirit

The body can die and perish but the spirit can't stop to exist because it is spirit... so physical death can happen to body and it stops to exist
