GOD can tell me to touch a sick person in the church so they can become healed
And when I do it they will be healed... The instruction God gave me at that time is what we call personal revelation for that circumstance

And God can tell another person to only speak to the sick person and when that person obey God then that sick person can be healed...
This too is a personal revelation

Now both of this examples are in the Bible so all our trinity believers only obey what pattern that is in the Bible

Now the way we know false believer is if they do what is outside the Bible

If a fake believer said God gave him personal revelation that he should piss or urinate on the sick person to be healed.... That example is never in the Bible so we will automatically know he is not from God
