Is anyone a mod on this thread?

Seun has worked on adding a polling feature.

But he says only mods and the creator of the thread(stockbull) can add polls.

The use case is to avoid heated argument.

Like when Agba says index should go to 80k and I say index should go to 180k. If the divergence of opinions wants to cause quarrel, we can just simply spin up a poll like

Where do you see the index at this month:

A. Above 180k
B. 160- 170k
C 140- 150k
D below 100k.

So that I can easily win and Agba will rest.

The feature is live already, but only a mod on this thread can use it.

Who knows a mod?

Ovamboland:
Revenue generation is a big problem in Nigeria

African nation budgets 2026
South Africa - $150bn
Algeria - $126bn
Egypt - $91bn
Morocco - $83bn
Kenya - $33bn
Ghana - $31b
Nigeria - $40bn

Its insane to even think Nigeria does not have a revenue problem
South Africa can put Nigeria entire$40bn in public education or power projects alone and still have almost 3 times our total budget to invest in other sectors. And someone suggest we should remain at $40bn to outcompete these African countries in the quest for human development and industrial investment attraction? Are we joking here?
if Nigeria wants to generate as much as money as possible it can do that but every bureaucrats have a boss it settles, there are different cartels in every sector. Someone somewhere is collecting 5bn from an agency Because he norminated the person for the position, committees given billions of contracts to share not to execute or should we talk about cartels in the oil industry and mining infact the leakages is everywhere. Nigeria can get 80bn without sweat if these issues are eliminated. Yes it can raise that amount without sweat.....

This is not hearsay it happens or do you know there are expensive minerals mined in the north and those doing it are in elected positions, the illegality is too much.

It's already listed; you can only purchase it on the NGX. Information about it will always come in like any other stock on the NGX.

The first half of this year 2026 will be bullish due to political patronage from election campaign funds, new capital raise by insurance, banks, Dangote Refinery, Oando, etc. and the bull would continue up to the latter parts of the year.. There could be some bearish months getting near to election time i.e. first quarter of 2027. If everything goes peaceful and successful in the election, there would be massive bull throughout 2027, all things being equal.

I migrated to Morgan Capital and had my porfolio in Bamboo transferred to my account with them. It wasn't easy but I got it done.

Unrelated, what do you need three monikers for here? Abso1ute1, Renowened2 and Gerrard59?

Gerrard59:
Yes.

Investbamboo.

I am investing to take advantage of gains, but so far, some stocks have low volume liquidity. Stock go rise, to find person wey go buy na problem. I have observed Chellarams rises very high, but I don't know if it has a high volume liquidity.

Thanks. So, which platform do you recommend?

Yes, since it's already listed, watch out on the NGX portal for information about them, particularly their earnings. But generally, since it's a closed fund that is dedicated to real estate, the fundamentals and rules governing that window of investment will apply to them just like UPDCREIT, SFSREIT, etc.
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by faoogoke(m): 3:34pm On Jan 03

Thank you so much. I tried this out just now on playstore, then I got a response that cannot work on my phone. I wonder why. I'll screenshot the response and send it maybe you can help with a way around that.

Try CardinalStone; however, funding your account starts from 50k above, and withdrawal is swift.

It's called CS Alpha on app. But you can also just use their website. I actually prefer that so I'm not always looking at my portfolio on my phone

For me, once banking stocks start trading with earning multiple of 7-8 and or above book value, I don bounce. I become a global investor again. Venezuela will probably be looking sexy by then. Unless of course there is a crash in the consumer good sector of the market in which case I may reconsider depending on how deep the crash is

This is a classic case of analysis paralysis for DS.
You are just too smart and intelligent.
Why not consider or suggest letting DS grow organically with leverage?
The DS investors are not expecting dividends anytime soon.
The truth of the matter is that Alhaji is very weak when there is no absolute monopoly.
His sugar monopoly was broken by BUA Foods and the delisted FMN Plc.
DS investors are ready to wait until the backward integration program is fully optimized. Otherwise, DS would follow the path of the sold and delisted Dangote Flour.

I don't known exactly what is wrong with my stockbroker the withdrawal request I sent to them since Wednesday is yet be honoured.

I have called them reversal times and even sent them multiple emails, all they kept saying is the account department is working on it.

Money that I suppose to invest in ANKRA cryptocurrency since Wednesday. Now ANKRA has started to rally.

They don't even known that I can sue them for damages so that they pay me the profits that I was suppose to make from the ANKRA cryptocurrency rally.
